Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulUpon moving out I realized that most of my boxes were covered in dirt and looks like they got wet from the vent at the top of the unit. Fortunately none of my stuff got soaked but I imagine that if it rained hard for a day or two, my things would've been damaged.

I had reserved a 10 x 20 storage unit three months in advance just for them to tell me at move-in that storage units of those size don’t exist at the location. I was led to believe they had found one, just to get there and realize it was a 10 x 10. When I went back to customer service, they told me I now actually have reserved two 10 x 10 storage units. This severely messed up my moving as I had to go back and forth to the U-Haul location and customer service location to inspect the unit and try to resolve the issue with customer service. Next time, I suggest U-Haul does not advertise a storage unit unless they have that correct size in one single unit. I have large items that I had planned on being able to fit in a 10 x 20, so now it is a little inconvenient.

cary g | Experiencia generalAll of my stuff was destroyed by mold there in a matter of months because we had severe storms that flooded the lower units & the mold got into the walls due to extremely poor ventilation, lighting & failure to notify patrons that the building was rotten. I need compensation for the fact that everything I loved & was paying to safekeeping was DESTROYED by your moldy, dank, rotten facility. I’ve documented all the damage using photos of my damaged stuff.

Martha H | Experiencia generalOur unit had visible rat foot prints and things chewed up, which means the rats were getting in from another unit or units. Not sanitary. Concerned our belongings were not very clean and chewed up. And to add U-Haul always kept raising their prices.
