The online app has been down the entire time I have had the unit, even after canceling and re opening my account still unable to make online payments causing aggravating charges! Customer service directs me to the store for correction and the store continues to direct me to customer service. Enough is Enough I know 1.5yrs is more than enough time to make adequate corrections or take it off of the contract! Period.
