I cleaned out my storage yesterday and terminated my lease. A rat trap was in my unit and rats had shredded and nested in some of my belongings.
Dave G | Overall ExperienceYou should have scanners in your locations for drivers licenses N cameras for pictures when you APP and does not work be more likena physicians office where the checking in fast and simple I spent 2 hours just to rent a simple storage unit shouldn't be rocket science!!!

When I went to the U-Haul location, Anthony understood exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful! I now have a storage until at his location. Give this man a raise ;)

Alberto p | Overall ExperienceStorage area was not clean. When I started moving my belongings I noticed mouse droppings on some of my boxes. When I was ready to leave I was kept waiting in the office because even though there were 3 staff and only two customers I was told I had to wait for the manager.
Russell B | Overall ExperienceManager on duty when I closed my account could have been more friendly after I used their service for 3.5 years. However the Regional Manager or Sr Manager was excellent and very understanding and customer focused.

Anthony and Chris are super friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to give great customer service. Seemed like every time I was there, Anthony was there to help me with whatever I needed, and he was always so patient, kind, and accomodating. Uhaul is a big company, but they make that branch feel like a local neighborhood rental and storage place. Just great service. 10/10. Thanks for everything!

Anything heavy would be like impossible to to leave here so unless I get a bottom unit, I’m gonna have to pull out before the month is out even though it’s been free and find a place where I can at least put heavy stuff in, otherwise I love this U-Haul place. I’ve been using it for well over 20 years not for storage but for trucks and supplies it’s better than it ever ever was. It’s super top-notch, modern and friendly as ever can be the people and helpful.
THOMAS A | First ImpressionsAfter a rough couple days with very little sleep moving up from Manhattan it was a huge relief to have friendly, professional help with returning and storage. Max is definitely ready for his assistant management position and went above and beyond to help me get my storage unit set and truck returned. Anthony’s leadership and poise were critical at drop off and he has been very helpful resolving discrepancies with the New York pick up location. Make sure you hold on to these guys.
