Initially, there was a very minor hiccup with my reservation – a small oversight that honestly could have happened anywhere. However, what happened next is what truly sets this location apart and makes Tatiyanna a customer service superstar. Instead of brushing it off, Tatiyanna immediately took ownership of the situation. She was incredibly apologetic, genuinely concerned about the inconvenience, and sprang into action to find a solution. And let me tell you, she didn't just fix the problem; she went above and beyond. Tatiyanna not only resolved the reservation issue quickly and efficiently, but she also provided ample reimbursement and provided assistance the rest of the day to ease my move in. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly blew me away. What impressed me most was Tatiyanna's genuine care and commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction.
