KEVIN J | Overall ExperienceI requested and reserved a smaller unit@ $149 and they gave the one I reserved away and they stuck me with the $199 unit for 10months. Terrible that no one would help me resolve this issue. That was unfair and not right! That was an extra $450 not in my budget but no one cared to try resolve this matter not rven the manager or area manager. So no I would not recommend UHaul. Then I went back two months ago and found that there was as attempted breaking in of my unit. I have pictures and a witness. Again it was swept under the rug! I am going to contact the Consumer Financial Protection Burea in DC about this matter and file a complaint.

They were polite to the Customers that they were servicing at the time of my arrival and provided an alternative place to one customer, when it found they did not have an item that he reserved. By far the best Customer Service I have experienced in a while.
