Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThey don't pro-rate your payment. If I don't use their service the whole month, I shouldn't have to pay for that whole month. I had to move my stuff.
Stacy S | Experiencia generalThis location is in a rougher part of town but you wouldn't know it by the way it is maintained. It's always neat and clean and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful and friendly.
Jessica T | Experiencia generalGreat Customer Service. Very helpful staff.
WILLIAM B | Primeras impresionesI\nAppreciate Britney and her staff for all that they help me through.
Monique W | Experiencia generalIt was very convenient for storing my products.
CARREN J | Experiencia generalI initially had reserved a Dolly and Blankets prior to picking up the Truck. When I got there to pay for the moving truck on Thursday, no equipment was there for me and was told first come first served. I was very disappointed and left only with an empty truck.
CARREN J | Primeras impresionesGreat staff
LOUIS M | Primeras impresionesThe employees were friendly courteous and very professional it felt like it going to family the only thing missing is I didn't get invited to the weekend barbecue
Kenny T | Experiencia generalThe General Manager was very helpful, patient and saved me money in the end. She's very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend speaking with her. She has great customer service skills too which alot of people at other places lack. Thanks
Patty K | Primeras impresionesGravel driveways make it very difficult to move heavy items. While concrete is more expensive to install, it makes the usage experience much simpler. If the lack of concrete resulted in lower prices, I might still recommend it to individuals who had lighter items, but the price point does not justify this cost saving measure and the inconvenience it creates when moving. Staff were spectacular in every way.
Sam L | Experiencia generalGravel may be a cheaper surface but unless that is reflected in the price of the units, it is inconvenient to cart goods across such an uneven and unpredictable surface. For example, because of the gravel paths, I would avoid using this surface in rainy areas, and might discourage someone from moving heavy items into it. The alarm system is convenient because it means no gates are required to monitor access.
Sam L | Primeras impresionesThe store manager was very excellent went above and beyond to help me you have a great manager there please don’t lose her
RONALD R | Experiencia generalAmber B. Was amazing! Excellent customer service. She made my experience exceptional. Quick and easy process!!
