I was disappointed that I had to climb stairs with my very heavy mattress, lots of boxes and bicycles in order to get to my storage unit. otherwise, my experience was good.

The state member was phenomenal. I came in just a few minutes before closing and he happily took good care of me. Excellent experience.

While the staff was friendly, my storage unit flooded. There was damage sustained, and UHaul should have offered to refund at least a part or whole of the last month`s rent. Very disappointed.
