How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe app kept telling me that I moved out even though I had not. When I called the staff was extremely rude so I got my stuff out because I was afraid they were going to lock me out. When I went to the office to tell them I had moved out there was two ladies working both engrossed in the phones and then got rude because I was bothering them.
