On Sunday November 17th I attempted to access my storage unit. I checked in online and everything. After checking in online I was given an access code. The code did not work and I was given an error message over and over again. I attempted to contact the location multiple times but could not get in touch with anyone, even though the store hours showed they were open on Sunday. The sign said to contact Keith love for after hours assistance so I attempted to text and call him, no response was give . i ended up attempting to speak to a general U-haul operator but they were unable to help. Because I was moving from out of state and needed a place to put my belongings I had no other choice but to rent another storage unit, from a different business, online so I had a place to put my stuff.
