Worst experience ever. I booked Merritt island online and get the office and they don’t have my unit available. They gave me another unit in the office location and it was disgusting. At the last minute I had to call around and get a new unit elsewhere. I better not get charged for this unit.

I booked a specific size and it said it was available and then I get there and it wasn’t. This is the second time this happened with this particular U-Haul. Never will I use U-Haul again. Last minute I had to call around to get a new place at a super clean nice place. Thanks for nothing!

PRESTEN K. | Overall ExperienceThe newer staff members was not familiar with the processes for issuing storage. When I asked how long they worked there they said a month. It would greatly benefit your team to have everyone on the same level. I had movers being paid by the hour and I had to wait until the person that could issue the storage returned from lunch. This could have been avoided with proper training. Otherwise the staff was very helpful. Corey & Sutton did the best they could.
