Busy, customer service was good. Locker was adequate, but the hasp was damaged making it difficult to secure the lock.

Nothing to tie anything down and so things got ruined. I emptied my Unit and I am still being charged monthly. Waited on site 1 hour for help. Calling ahead does not help. Such a bad experience

Box was 1 1/2 weeks late being delivered to UHaul center in Melbourne which is totally unacceptable. The moving helpers on. It`s ends were excellent.
