Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI having dealing with U -Haul for many years. I find that I always receive outstanding customer service. I will always continue to use U-Haul for all my transportation and storage needs in the future.
PAUL G | Experiencia generalThe experience was very good. The only thing mildly annoying was that they had the trucks and trailers stored out back by the car entrance to drive into the climate controlled storage unit. Multiple times we had to inch in the one lane that was barely open and once we had to physically nova a trailer to be able to get in. They should keep those lanes clear at all times.
VANESSA R | Experiencia generalAfter I cleaned out my storage and notified them that everything was out of the storage the called me a week later asking for payment..
Andrea B | Experiencia generalI appreciate the staff n place is always clean never really had any bad issues
Ronnie F | Primeras impresionesEverything was ready with easy to follow directions and instructions and a padlock was included and in the empty unit
Jonathan W | Mudanza en líneaThere was a man with a fishing hat, kinda of tall and better than Amazing! This man was patient, kind and very, very helpful. I just moved from Tennessee to Florida where everything was stressful. Everything was a nightmare, and I was at my wits end when I arrived to drop off the truck and obtained my storage space this man made everything better. The only regret that I have was not getting his name so that I could fully give him his credit. You can tell he was the most seasoned person in the store. The other guy seemed to be new. I would choose this U-Haul place over and over again and for the tall man with the fisherman hat who is so kind and so knowledgeable he deserves several raises for all he had to deal with, including myself. Thank you.
LaTanya W | Primeras impresionesNo complaints
WILFREDO M | Experiencia generaloverall this is the best place for me to store my belongings due to homelessness it was really hard trying to carry all my belongings around town and look for a job as well as get things done this uhaul understood my life problems and took some baggage off of my plate literally i would and have recommend this uhaul to alot of people i see in the same struggle as me i appreciate the staff as well as the property for the time and the holdings of my property
Jesse K | Experiencia generalWhile moving in, 3 employees walked by and didn't let me know there was a better area to unload. It took a fourth employee, who already finished his shift, to say there was a loading dock that was more convenient to get to the storage units. ***There are roaches everywhere.*** the facility needs to be tented by pest control. Moved my stuff as quickly as possible.
