The service in general here is not only abysmal but the manager is arrogant and lacks customer service skills. We waited 50 mins do do a simple rental. People in front of us had waited more than an hour for things like returning keys and buying a single box. When confronted with the frustrated customers the manager did not apologize profusely or try to placate the people in line, he just angrily answered that he was busy and the customers would have to wait until he could get to them. Awful.

Saturday morning... 0707 AM and there are four people already in front of me to rent equipment. Two people at the desk. One is the franchise owner/manager and a second young individual who is less than trained. Neither one seem to have a sense of urgency. Waited for an hour to get my trailer and get on the road. This is not acceptable. Comment from the manager is that this is a typical Saturday.... well, if you know that there is going to be a rush, staff up for it! Having people stand and wait this long is just wrong. ...and the young man who processed me got my paperwork wrong.

This was absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had with Uhaul and will influence me to use a different company for all my moves / contracts. I had to go to 6 different locations and this one was the only that would remove the car carrier - I was told I had to crawl under the car in the DIRT, OIL, GRIME to unhook the car! I heard you had a law suit and that is the reason - BULLSH*T!!! Pay the F**king lawsuit money and get back to helping PAYING CUSTOMERS!!! If I have to climb under the car and do all the work - I shouldn't be CHARGED!!! There should be a CLEAN AREA to do it! Are you telling me that my 110b wife or daughter would be forced to climb down there!!! BULLSH*T!!! Then the the guy told me to go find "Public parking somewhere" to pack my car while I took the truck back to unload - they had a customer parking lot, but I was told to go find public parking!!!! I expect some sort of action on this - this was CRAP!!

Hire more customer-friendly associates. Andrew was nice enough but forgot to load my furniture dolly onto the truck and let me leave without it, and I saw what I perceived to be a manager with Napoleon Syndrome get unnecessarily disrespectful with another customer because he didn’t fold the moving blankets before returning them. Keep it professional guys.

I rented a car trailer The trailer tie downs did not work. I had to buy some to secure the vehicle I had to inconvenience friends because your company has to call an extra person for verification. I find that insulting. We had to make 3 calls and when my son and our friends did not recognize the number they did not pick up. A Credit card and DL license should be enough. When I returned the trailer I was not given any documentation that I had returned it. The attendant said I would receive one in my e mail. I thought that was strange. 7 hours later when there was nothing in my in box, I called the store and a woman said sometimes the store communications do not work. So I informed her that I had nothing saying I returned the trailer in good condition. She said I had to return to the store to get a hard copy. So I drove an hour and when I was on my way the invoice delivered to my in box. When I returned the trailer the attendant made me perform a brake and turn signal test AGAIN. If the signals did not work wich they did, would that have been an issue. I will never rent anything from U Haul ever again. I have never been treated with such suspicion and disrespect.

I was set up by U-Haul for the 24/7 pick up. I needed to leave for my trip by 7:30 AM so I got to the U-Haul store at 7 AM. The check in the website was not working and I had made at least four phone calls to U-Haul only to be disconnected after being on hold for 10 minutes for each call. Keep in mind I was holding an umbrella as I was under a torrential rain storm. I finally got one but on the phone at U-Haul who stuck with me and help me through so I can get the key out of the lock box. However I will still 1 a half hours late of leaving my departure time. The assistant manager showed up and was understanding and offered to take the charges off for the blankets and Dolly and furniture mover however I still had to pay $168 do use the truck for six hours. I expected a much more satisfying refund because I still have to put $38 of gasoline to top off the tank prior to turning in the truck. I will use Penske from now on unless something can be offered to me to make this right . By the time I left the U-Haul place to pick up my furniture and another town I was soaking wet from the rain storm.

Very upset, I rent from you all the time. I was charged twice, I pick it up at 7 :14 10/31 and dropped of at 12:14 A.M. 11/1. And I was charged 16$ extra dollars twice, I should have been charged one day and for only 24.95$ But he charged me around 73$ knowing it was there, that is poor management trying to hit a number not taking care of the client sad you would have some one in you Organization Doing that. . I am going back up on Monday to speak to th GM. Can someone please help me . I have always had a good experience with u and I live local so I use the same office each time. I didn’t no how to use the self check in , but your cameras show it was dropped of at 12:15 A.M. 11/1 and I put the paper work inside the door so who ever opened they would have saw it was there and in the parking lot at 7am. Absolutely horrible. Battery died on me 3 times and there was cock roaches in the truck. Want my refund back. Spoke with manager and still getting charged $83 for this shit.

The General Manager and the woman associate lacked customer service skills. I contacted corporate already stating that they were rude and I will never conduct business with that Uhaul location again. During the check in process the General Manager never once referred to my sister and I by out names. He referred to us as “them”. He also would not speak directly to us. Neither of them never said good day, and each question that we asked were answered in a negative tone. I already contacted corporate, I also posted on social media about my experience and hope that it is corrected. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN!
