The staff was really sub par. I would never hire the person who waited on me and would fire them immediately.

Only thing I didn't care for was UHaul made me buy a round lock even though I had my own. Because of the design of this lock, which has a has a short neck, it didn't work well with the ADA door/unit we had - it was extremely hard to open. Staff there was very nice, easy to get into & out of facility.

When I immediately walked to the front office, someone would be sitting there) with no customers in the lobby) and simply letting calls be forwarded to a call center. Unfortunate.

I had these units for a few years, storage prices should be grandfathered in. If not going to grandfather at least offer promotions and discounts for current renters. The front office would not even throw in an appliance dolly for free when we asked for it for my recent move.

NORMAN R | First ImpressionsNo elevator (or not clearly marked and couldn’t find) was problematic for 2nd floor loading. Likewise for doors not improperly marked not indicating that alarms would sound if opened. Otherwise facility was well organized, clean and maintained.
Laura G | Overall ExperienceMiss communication is not ideal or necessary. I was told to register on line and I could access the unit anytime with my code. This is not true, I was unable to access my unit after loading up the vehicle and driving an hour to the U-Haul facility. Wasting 2 adults time and creating more work, no one on your customer service team was able to help. I tried three agents and was on the line wasting another hour of my time. No one in person the next day was able to answer my question or offer any type of compensation for my expense. I was told I would relieve a call from the manager or someone in a position to compensate or discuss the situation and I have not received any communication from U-Haul. So the over all experience has been very poor. This is a terrible way to do business. I would not recommend to anyone.
