Some times difficult to reach staff who were in charge of the RV parking area. Had issues with remote fob which quit working for a while. Should provide power 24/7 not just 2 hours per day.

Paul N | First ImpressionsThe alarm system and access system is a little tricky. Take some time to get to know the system. And the deadline for the environment controlled inside storage units is really inconvenient. You should be able to get to your storage unit at any time. But at 10 o'clock and you know you might have to get to your storage unit after 10 o'clock. And it just becomes an issbecause the building. Alarm is set at 10 o'clock so I was like man. This is bad. So I'll let internet. I have no other complaints.
