Mark C | Overall ExperienceInitial information given from corporate and local representatives changed after following it. Was told sorry there is nothing that either could do. Was upset as both representatives gave the same response before I moved forward following their direction. Then they changed after I completed those directions.

Randy C | Overall ExperienceThe unit next to mine had a tenant that would work on his vehicle and leave the oil drain pan out. When it would rain the oil drain pan would overflow into my space with an oil water mix. He also parked over the line into my space but the facility did noting about it
MARK R | Overall ExperienceMy only issue is that I called to see the date I had to have my items out of storage so I did not pay the next months rent. I was told I had to be out at the end of the day yesterday. I emptied my storage area and turned keys in but was told I was already charged for the new month. This was contrary to what I was told by the agent. I was charged for another month and that is not right. I have challenged the payment with my bank and should not be charged because I followed the directions I was given and yet the local people denied my request. I did not make the mistake I did what I was told. Want to discuss it? 5862813285 Be fair and negate that charge to my bank account. I will your service again if you own up to this. EDWARD D | Overall ExperienceRats distoried some of my stuff. Dont really blame you i should have put in some traps
Paubla V | Overall ExperienceThis facility is hard to get someone in the phone. Also, can't make reservations for rental on the phone. When u did get someone in the phone they didn't know about free 30 days. They haven't seen 3 phone reservations I had before.
Joseph M | Overall ExperienceTrouble at move in. They tried to make us move our stuff into a different spot. Trouble getting locked in due to being there unloading after hours. You cant get out if youre in there after “closing” time, even with your code. Trouble moving out. Couldnt get ahold of anyone when calling / emailing. Ended up moving out on the app. The lot is a disgusting mess. Piles of old stuff everyone. Cars, trailers and boats thats are old and broken down, never being moved. Looks like a haven for rats. Happy to be out!
