They help me fixed my free storage unit after the customer service rep on the phone booked it incorrectly. A one way move comes with one month storage rental of ANY size. The customer service in the phone advised me that the large unit I booked was NOT included because of the size of truck I rented. This was totally incorrect! The local rep helped me correct this and I was so appreciative!!

Rueben T | First ImpressionsRATS!! They knew of the infestation issue with these nasty creatures! Even had a RAT bait box inside the unit I was issued. I had about half of a 3 bedroom house unloaded in unit. Came back the following day and there were tons more RAT droppings around the bait box. Then I looked up to my right side and the huge RAT was sitting on top the separation walls staring at me. So had to spend the rest the day loading up the truck and finding another location. When I was finally brought back the truck and explained the situation the GM tried to brush me off several times stating they didn’t have a rat problem but after I caught him in his own web of words. He finally admitted they had an infestation of RATS due to another customer stored 1000 pounds of rice in the unit I was supposedly to rent. Any how I asked from the GM to at least take a day off and 20 miles and nothing……………………IF YOU DONT WANT RATS ALL OVER YOUR BELONGINGS DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

YELIBET R | First ImpressionsMy rates were raised so much over the years that I was paying $185/mon. Yet when checking online that is not the current rate. We had mice get into our storage unit. For $185/mon there should have been better pest control. The staff was always friendly, however, what you guys charge for an outdoor storage unit is insane. I moved my unit to a much more affordable one which is climate controled for almost half the price I was paying.

James C | First ImpressionsUnit was nice and accessible most of the time — upon move out, there was two large rental trucks blocking my unit, forcing me to weave through to carry heavy/cumbersome objects. I understand the location is short on space, but there was 4-5 oversized parking spaces for the rental vehicles not being utilized. Had my items been any larger than they were, I would not have been able to get out in any direction as the largest gap between the vehicles was about 3, 3 1/2 feet. As I specifically rented a “drive-up” space, I didn’t understand their utilization of space, or lack thereof.

Cate C | Overall ExperienceI feel that we were overcharged and when y'all say unlimiting mileage that's what it should be we had a lot of detours and construction had to go a different way in two or three towns and it wasn't not my fault and the gas level was on the same exact spot as when I picked up the truck and y'all are saying it wasn't I am very dissatisfied with the whole package y'all try to nickel and dime people where that it's really not good business. And I will tell people not to do business with y'all because y'all are so unfair!!!

Customer knew computer better, assisted clerk. I had to repeat myself 3 times to clerk that I had retrieved my trailer and was leaving.
