Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThank you to Christie(?) the general manager who allowed me to have the first month free promotional rate, and to Xavier who was responsible for allowing me to move to a larger unit on the move-in date.
Adam C | Primeras impresionesNone
Joseph O | Experiencia generalI thought the acesss should’ve been 24hours especially with it being hot outside.
MERCEDES W | Experiencia generalI received a free one month's rental. I checked out online less than a month later. I returned the key card in person to the rental U-Haul location. And I have been billed for an entire month of my free rental and have assessed past due charges for failure to pay my one month free rental. I have spoken to four different U-Haul employees at this point trying to get this resolved with absolutely nothing being corrected at U-Haul. Every rep that I've spoken with has been able to confirm that I should not be charged for this. But the one single individual who has the authority to back out the charge, seems unable or unwilling to do so because the only thing I continue to get from U-Haul our past due notices. I am beyond frustrated at this point.
DAWN H | Experiencia generalUnbelievable experience. Exceptional in every way.
VIOLA L | Experiencia generalIt was almost 7 years renting the Unit , never had an issue, I do recommend this place and I will rent again if I ever need it .
YERICA C | Experiencia generalMy experience with this storage facility was a blessing! I had a horror experience with another storage company 2 years prior to obtaining this one and I was assured that this facility was well maintained and supervised so I shouldn’t have the same outcome. Staff was personable, reasonably accommodating, and provided great customer service. The storage space and the property were always clean and well maintained. I appreciated that the bathroom was always clean also. Cassie, her mom, or her daughter Christy were always helpful!
CARMECIA b | Experiencia generalMe hicieron pasar un mal momento y pondré un informe
KATHERINE N | Primeras impresionesI was not happy that the rates went up more than once a year. It seemed like they went up every three months or so. This seemed like a trap. That is the only complaint I have. I think at a minimum, that this should be disclosed to new customers before they choose to store with you.
RUTH A | Experiencia generalNone
Nelson D | Experiencia generalIn the 4 years since my daughter died and had to put all the boxes sent from her college dorm in storage bc there was no room in my apartment they closed the office at my location and more and double the rent. When I ask a manager to contact me no one called.
KIMBERLIE D | Experiencia generalThe facility is well maintained and well lit. However, doing my move in I told incorrect information onsite and no one was at the actual storage location. I didn't ever see anyone onsite until my move out date. I would have given an excellent rating if the above would have occurred.
Steven M | Experiencia generalAfter two months we came back to all of our belongings infested with cockroaches.
Jordyn S | Experiencia generalVery nice and clean
