This isn't really location specific, but the website for returning vehicles after hours ( doesn't seem to work. I was able to provide my location info, the mileage and fuel reading, but when it came to the part where I needed to submit a picture of the gauges for verification, it would take a picture, but then not accept it or allow me to move on with the process. If u-haul is going to charge a fee for something that used to normally be handled by the u-haul employees, then the system should at least function correctly.

The lady that processed my return was good, but the checkout person and the other worker were less than helpful. Were bickering between themselves in front of customers. Didn't care if I had everything ordered or needed for my move.

If it was at all possible I would say that all employees at this location were the opposite of helpful. Every interaction was either dismissive or just rude. I was given no instruction what so ever as to which vehicle I was taking, and it was not obvious, or what to do when I returned the vehicle, so I parked it where I had found it and was made to feel I had completely ruined their day because it was not in the equipment return area, I'm still not 100% sure where that is exactly. While the equipment was clean and operated fantastically the employees could use just a bit of customer service training and it would go a long way. I would rather drive out of my way to a different location than utilize this locations services, and be treated this way again.

Sales reps just need to explain details regarding directions and engage with the buyer slightly more. Other than that no complaints I was satisfied with my experience.

I used the app to order, pick-up and drop off the truck, hoping it would simplify the process. I'm sure the app makes the U-Haul employees job easier, but it is definitely not geared to make it easy on the customer. There were multiple instances where the app said one thing and the employee at the store said another. For example, when I got through the process of checking in and looking over the U-Haul for dents, scuffs, etc., the app instructed me to “skip the line and go to the side of the counter and ask for my keys”. I did that, and was told by the employee that I needed to wait until he was done with the people in line. I don't mind waiting, but it is frustrating when the app says one thing and the employee says another. If I'd have know I would have had to wait in line, I would have skipped the app altogether and just done the entire transaction in person. A similar situation happened at drop off. The truck itself was great. The mobile application experience, however, needs to be fine tuned to make it easier on the customer and the employees should familiarize themselves with the process outlined by the app so that they are on the same page as customers using the application.

Agent was abrasive. Charged me for EZ fuel despite the truck being full of gas because the gas gauge is inaccurate. Then left the truck running for several minutes when obviously fuel is a huge concern to U-Haul.

I only used this location to drop off a moving truck after renting it. I did not go inside, but came after hours to drop off.


The guy who checked me in was VERY RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Perhaps offer a discount for not having the correct size of truck availble and having to be stuck on the side of the highway thus costing us more time, energy, and money.

The clerk who rented us the truck was sarcastic and surly. We made an online reservation while we waited more than twenty minutes. When she finally got around to us she asked if we had a reservation, I told her we just made it, and her reply was ‘well, we probably don't have any trucks.' I asked about the uhaul rental promise and she sighed, rolled her eyes, and continued to say there were no trucks. I told her I would go to another location to which she responded ‘do you want the truck or not?' I replied that I wouldn't have reserved one if I didn't want one and her response ‘people do crazy things.' I received the keys and she said the truck was ‘in the corner' and turned away. After scouring the lot we found the truck tucked in behind the building. The vehicle was filthy. When we returned the vehicle on Sunday at 4:45 pm the clerk refused to accept it saying we were too late and had to use the online check in. I will never use this location again.

To let the customer know that the card being ran at the time of pick up is pending the return of the equipment. The return process on the self check in upon return process makes you feel like you're going to be charged twice.

I was very disappointed to not be able to rent a dozen blankets as reserved and paid for but only told at pickup that the many blankets that I saw were dedicated to the location's U-box program.

check windshield washer pump and blades! I drove through a rain storm which turned to snow and the stupid pump would not put any liquid on the windshield!!! It was dangerous and scary!!
