The staff is very courteous and always willing to help. The facility was kept clean. But, the longer you use the storage, the more money you will pay for the storage. I would only recommend this storage for short term. If you need to store for a longer period this storage facility increase the price each year and it can become very expensive.

GUINOTTE F | First ImpressionsI’m still being charged for a storage unit that I never booked or used! I only rented a U-Haul! I’ve been trying for over a month to get this fixed but I can only get through to the main line and then they say that the location will call me and never do! I need a refund and my name taken off the unit. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life!

I also think the prices are too high for storage in Florida, so I took advantage of the free month to stow boxes while I was moving into my house. You have Virginia prices!
