The truck had an 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up even though the u-haul app said it had 1/4 of a tank. I was able to make the changes through the app without any problem; however, I drove 10 miles and then low fuel warnings came on in the truck. I expected to fuel the truck after using it not at the beginning which of course then I had to guess how much gas I was going to use instead of replacing what I used.

The customer service in the front desk was good. The guy who installed the trailer was nice but I left the place and drove like 10min to my place and once I got there the trailer was out of place and it damaged my bumper. This shouldn't have happened.

Everything was great until I received my bill. The fact I was charged double because I returned the vehicle 30 minutes late is beyond ridiculous. Not to mention having to wait for the attendant to move the other truck in front of mine and find a spot for It that just added to the time.

Very unhappy with the way they trick people into getting the safe move insurance. If you don’t select anything and just press continue it automatically they add on the insurance. I wasn’t aware of that and was not told that it would automatically add it on. I had a unpleasant surprise when I revived my final bill and of course they can’t undo the insurance. I will definitely let people know if this unethical and deceitful trick to get more revenue. Will look for other option of transportation for next time I’m in need of a vehicle like this one. Extremely unhappy.

My gas gauge was giving problem it cause me to put slot more gas than I got the truck and they said I couldn’t be refunded fr the inconvenience

First, the staff here are very rude from the "owner" on down. When I was being checked in by the owner, I was told I had to give them a second phone number. I informed him that I only have one to which he replied this has been the policy for years and without the second number I couldn't rent the truck. This was news to me as my account is over 5 years old and never had this issue in the past. So rudeness aside, I made one up. Really got me there buddy. Next, this is a 24-hour drop off location, but in the window is a sign that says, "No night drop. You will be charged $100 if you leave equipment! Must return during business hours!!" I didn't want to keep the truck overnight so this leads into my THIRD problem with this location. So, I called customer service about the notice on the window. The first rep confirmed that this location was indeed supposed to take drop offs overnight. She called the office and said the general manager would call me to give me a code to drop off the truck behind the storage gates. The manager then called me and said that I couldn't have the code because I didn't reserve the truck as a truck share. I was told that I still could not park the truck in their parking lot, but I could park it in an unattended field next to the location. I told the manager that that seemed very sketchy and not safe as the vehicle could be towed or vandalized since there was no lighting in the field. The manager said those were my options. I told her that I would not leave the truck in an unsafe location and would have to call back to customer service to straighten this issue out to which she replied: "Fine, go ahead and do that then." The next customer service rep called the office back and after speaking with them told me to park the truck in the parking lot and use the mobile check-in to take pictures of the vehicle and that if I saw any charges for leaving the truck overnight to call back and speak with her as she had added her name to the comments on my reservation. Both customer service reps were absolutely fantastic and I have no problems with U-Haul, but I will never use this location again and I recommend everyone spends the couple extra dollars in mileage to use any other nearby location instead of this one.

The gas gauge was defective causing me to add more gas that I used. The needle would not move as I added gas and then all of a sudden it jumped well beyond what I was intending to add. It caused me to add at least 4 gallons...most likely 5...more than I used. When I asked for an adjustment or a credit to use in the future...the woman acknnowledted that the gas I added was too much...she refused. The owner of the location was sitting right next to her but did not respond to my outcry. Not a good way to treat a long time client. I will not return to that location anymore but will use others in the area. Thank you.
