The management in this location is not deserving of one star! To start, we had a reservation for a storage unit which was made over a week prior to checkin. Upon arrival, we were told that they were over booked and there was no storage available. Keep in mind that this was the moving day, truck was full and ready to be unloaded. The guys the were at the location (not the manager) were very professional and polite. However, when the manager was available, two days later, he was no help, as a matter of fact he was the opposite of help. Nathaniel was rude, condescending, totally disrespectful, and blamed every one but himself for the issue. He knew for a week that he did not have the unit available (he said it over the phone) and did nothing. He could've informed us, but instead he waited until the time of checking for his employees to deal with it. (Nathaniel was not at the location) Long story short, things were made half right, but not until we contacted customer service and made a complaint followed up by and additional complaint direct with his superiors. So if you are not happy with the customer service that you received, don't only leave a review, take the time to make a formal complaint. Who knows, maybe someone will hear and take action on your concerns. Nathaniel needs serious training on his management and customer service skills.EDSON A.

Not only was it a nice location, the staff was quick and efficient and when they discovered I had left personal items in the front of the truck (fell under the seat) they contacted me quickly to assure that I got my items back quickly. They actually seemed concerned.LANCE H.

This facility is not managed properly. They gave away a climate controlled unit that was reserved in person for over a week. Then told me that there were no other available climate control for miles. I settled for an outside unit but wasn't happy with the decision. However, I had to make a decision due to the movers being in route with my belongings. The manager Sean was really rude when we went into the facility to try and figure out why we could not access our storage unit he said with a snobby ass attitude saying u have to pay in full before I can grant u access. My initial drop off location was selected because I would be able to drop off after hours. Unfortunately, during my trip from Missouri to Florida, I was called to have my drop off location changed because they didnt accept tow dollys. I can understand that, but all they could do was give me the number of a place that could accept my equipment and I would have to call to set it up. This is unacceptable. So the new drop off location closes at 5PM on Sundays and I would not be getting there until after that time due to traffic. I tried calling the location but the location forwarded their phones to their corporate call center which was no help at all as I was transffered once and hung up on twice and a supervisor couldn't do anything. So I had to keep the truck and tow dolly an extra day and be charged for it because nobody could help. Anyways, the facility was super clean and faculty where super helpful so I would absolutely recommend this location.Lance F.

I rented the truck complete dirty and with AC not working well, it's ok because I was in rush to finish a move. But when I was return it nobody was there and after a couple minutes staff show up to help me and tried to charge me $25 to wipe out the truck that was disgusting when I got it. I walk in and I'm waiting in line, Melissa was on the phone a gentleman came up to try an help me out but said he couldn't cause he only does storage. She didn't apologize for keeping me waiting. I had to unload my truck and be at a house viewing. My information says 15in truck I wasn't aware that the storage I reserved was going to be very small. So I asked Melissa if they had anymore storages she said no but the website stated their were two available unite, she said they do that to overbook us, which makes no sense cause for a person like me coming out of state moving with a whole truck full. So I checked another location which stated the same thing they had three available units but when I called customer Service so they can double check cause when I called the location they did not answer their phone when I called, she also seen these units were shown but not available. This was a big inconvenience, this whole experience with Uhaul was. The communication need to be better, I was very upset but kept my cool this whole experience. Amazing staff - Radicco and manager Wendy and truck man Willie. And the other young man who was helping in the office . I could take each one of them home with me LOL they're all so sweet, and helped me be at ease about my move with all the stressors, and beautifully resolved several problems for me (like when I was stressed that I didn't get the bars with the wardrobe boxes). So impressed with them and with this facility, so clean and so easy to navigate, the climate control quality and condition of the facility is WAY better than my prior public storage unit.
