Mice ate through my new bedroom furniture even with rat traps inside. Us there recourse for damage?

Cindy G. | Overall ExperienceI had a truc and 2 cars in the storage getting loaded up and when we were leaving the gate was not a motion gate and ended up hitting the truc we were moving in.. nothing got messed up but I do feel like there needs to be some type of motion sensor so that doesn’t happen.. and it closed on the same truc twice and with the traffic that was in the parking lot we had to go slow

Jennifer H. | Overall ExperienceManager at the olathe locatio, right off strang line absolutely the most rude lady, i mean seriously i hope nobody in life Has terrible circumstances come up in life and cannot pay FOR LESS the 3 weeks late, letter after letter of her threatening to sell off your belongings and for a parking lot that gets redone once a month and YOU CANT EVEN access your belongings but nope bills keep coming and her harassment continues i am and will pass the word around this store for sure and her not to use and find anyone else but her and this store! Very sad and terrible experience and i have talked to others that had similar experiences, just sad!
