Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNo reason we moved out was Emile John KleinHoltz, the location manager. The way he spoke to my wife via text message, we have the screenshots they’ve been sent to both his immediate supervisor and corporate, was completely unacceptable. Our code did not work, we’ve had two different codes, when we first moved in the gate didn’t work, so we never got to use that code because the gate was broken, when the gate was fixed we had changed to a new code and that’s what was reflected in the app, but that gate code never worked, so we tried the old code and that worked. The next time we visited the location, neither one of those codes worked, the manager told the customer service representative that called him that he would not be coming to help us, and then told my wife, the same thing via text and even reference to the fact that he saw the customer service notes, so he knew we were real customers, he did not care, he was rude and disrespectful, and we were forced to escalated to his supervisor, and when he was informed of such, he became even more rude and disrespectful via text. We will be providing one star review reviews due to his behavior of this location and have stopped running U-Haul trucks and trailers which we did frequently throughout the year for our business.

MIHIRETU T | Experiencia generalThe gentleman I worked with on my rental and this storage unit lease was absolutely fantastic. I believe he is a manager and rightfully so. He was extremely helpful and was part of my decision to get a unit at this facility despite already having one reserved at Storage Mart, and I am VERY glad I did. I have frequented this location for over 10 years and I will continue to!!
