molly L | Overall ExperienceMy rating is directly related to the support of Richard working the phone and counter. He handled my call and supported my quick turn truck rental availability and helped me understand how the storage process works. He had a steady line of people waiting their turn and worked through us with steady, efficient support. We were moving a couch into the storage unit and used two of the flat carts (face to face) you had available. It was effective for us but wondering if having a couple of longer/wider flat carts might be safer and more helpful for longer items like couches or dinner tables?

I had to use the Metcalf location and that was the complete opposite. I will not return to the Metcalf location but to know the Lenexa location is 1,000 better I will definitely return. Thank you all at this Lenexa location for everything!

I owned a moving company for four years in California, one of the strictest most regulated house hold goods carrier permit testing & licensing in the country. 3 phone books thick was the study guide for an 11 hour exam that to my astonishment, passed with a 97% score. I have rented 10's f dozens of trucks from as many Uhaul locations during that time in CA. NV. TX. AZ. OR. WA. NM. And now Lenexa KS. There is simply no comparison. UHaul Lenexa is indeed in my opinion the flagship example of how a Uhaul should be run & maintained with a specific attention to the level of customer service which can only be described as unanimously awesome!!! 5 Stars!!! Let's get real talk here for a second. The folks at Uhaul Lenexa take one of our single most difficult transitional moments next to divorce, or loss of a job, or a death in the family, and make it just that much better and smoother with their flatly "exceptional" customer "care" and "service".
