The agent at this location told us we would be charged addt'l fees that we had to incur due to the location of the pick-up of our vehicle being switched and adding 30 extra miles to our trip and then they never charged us. So the agent was in accurate in what he told us.

I dropped off the trailer after hours and did not require any assistance, and knew on-site personnel would not be available. All went well and the drop off after hours is very convenient.

SUSAN G.Overall my experience was alright. I feel like the explanation/communication from staff could've been better. I had to ask about the things I ordered online (boxes, tape, etc.) to make sure I got those. I had started the rental van and was sitting at the exit blocked in (people parked in both check out lates with no way for me to get through) and after a few minutes had to flag down a staff member from my car to see how to leave. When I dropped the van back off, the checkout process was kind of crazy making to be honest. I didn't mind having to take pics and stuff, but when I went to drop off my key in the slot my phone in the app was unable to find my location and asked me to scan a bar code there to verify. The sign on the door had a QR code but not a bar code. I stood there for several minutes trying to figure it out. Finally was able to flag down staff who said the bar code was at a different spot by the front door. It made no sense to me that everything to check out was not at the same place. It was like a scavenger hunt I did not agree to. Then the staff said I didn't have to lock the van up when dropping it off but the app told me to make sure I locked it. The information provided by staff and on the website were inconsistent and it was confusing. Okay experience otherwise, just not being at the office.

That didn't happen when I got in. They gave me three five foot units. No place to put a table to work with things or anything else. It was disgusting. Yeah I was just number. How about that famous saying? Oops, sorry about that. Staff was polite. Walking from the office to the storage units. Talk about trip hazards and hazards. Building was clean. Lights worked. Air conditioning worked.

The only reason I did not rate it excellent was because they only had one person handling the reservation checkout process. She was very efficient but there were several people in line and each one takes about 5-10 minutes. They have always had at least 2 people doing that part of the process.

Over 6 hours of driving without heat through Georgia and Florida. The General Manager Chris Smith said he would make it right but as of today I've been waiting for 5 days for him to call me back. I have called in and talked to Richard 3 different times and nothing back from anyone. Once we unloaded our truck we saw that 70% of our boxes and totes had been restacked and managed by the company Uhaul had provided. Never again from me or anybody I know I will make sure to put this out on every site I can to make sure people are aware of this type of service. Over $2300 spent on a service that was HORRIBLE. Not sure how you guys want to compensate. Trucks should have AC and in working condition.

brian H.Communication. When I reserved the trailer it was at the closest location to my home. Went to pick up they told me I was “bumped†to other location. No call, no email, no text. I'm fine with change except the lack of communication on scheduling side. The actual store on Marshall Dr was really good, in fact I'd prefer to go there from now on when renting. And the app to return a trailer after hours, it Would not allow me to do it, kept making me take a pic of the gas gauge and mileage. Trailers don't have that, so I could not get past that step.

I think the staff here should have more training on the online purchase process, the perspective that the customer see's online, and the steps to help them trouble shoot. They were all also a little stiff to deal with when I asked to have a transit van as ordered and not a old eco-line. They initially said that I would have to go to a different location to get a transit, then made me go back inside to the office to request one and when they did get a manager to bring one around, it had bug spots all over the window. It took me 30mins to rent a van.

Truck was almost on E 1/2 between E & 1/4 tank. Truck sounded bad. Staff was friendly though. Also Moving help site was terrible. The company Great Choice Movers tried to rip me off and then cancelled on me on a saturday at 530pm. Remove that company. I had to pay a service double for a rescue move and they told me that company is notorious for doing that.

No one answered the 24 hot line, emergency line, nothing. I've been trapped in their elevator at least 3 times. First two times, no answer on the ejector emergency line, not the facility, nor the facilities emergency line. Took 3 calls on the elevator just to get someone to answer, then they act as if it was just normal. My work schedule didn't match with their facility. To keep me from getting more frustrated with them, trying to just get me out of his face, he told me I would be reimbursed for the days not used, if I excited before the next bill. Then the same guy turned around and said he didn't say it upon my move out. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THAT FACILITY AGAIN. but the one on BLUE RIDGE, NOW THAT'S MY SPOT.

I could barely read the words on the screen and ended up accidentally setting off an alarm because I didn't understand what to do. I think an app (with very clear instructions upon download) that allows you to tap in with your phone instead of having to use a keypad would be better. It's also going to be difficult to keep track of the code since it's not something you get to chose yourself. I know I'll be digging through my email trying to find it anytime I need to grab something from storage.
