nicole w. | Overall ExperienceI don't know which is better, a 24 hour self storage or one that denies access after a certain hour. The day that I moved in I wish that I could've been granted a bit more time. Instead I had to rush to get my things in before 10pm. Also, I thought that I already had a lock from a previous time that I rented a storage, so I didn't purchase one at the time. I called Uhaul (before closing) to request that a storage lock that I ordered online be placed in my unit. I was directed to their 1-800... number because I suppose that the location that I rented from was no longer accepting calls. When I did get to Uhaul later that day to move in my things, the lock was not in there. That's all. Good bye.
