At Store#747074, the Closing Cashier, Ms. Danielle helped my family to secure a U-Haul Van right at closing despite the miscommunication of when we were to pick-up our rental and the fact that it was right at their closing time. My family appreciate her taking some of her personal time to assist us. We pray her & others like her receive Incentive Rewards for their Sacrifice of Time! Furthermore, we recommend that Customer Service should make it clear to renters of how they are to access Express Check-in after a certain hour to secure their rental. This should help the Closing Process at Local Sites more efficient.

Pls give accurate information r informed da customer that just an estimated. You don't know what what a person situation is n they may come in with amount of money that was informed. Michoud location workers have nasty attitudes plus they need to make sure da tv boxes have everything in it.

They are cheating people out there money the cashier isn't properly explaining to customers, he's estimatimating mileage with out ' even comfirming !!!!! It was a very poor and rudely experience . And I wouldn't refer no one to this particular store .

I made an online reservation to pick up a unit at 4449 Michoud without a call email or text the reservation was Changed to 6210 Michoud which meant so after arriving at the wrong location I had to go pick up the truck somewhere else load and unload my things at the initial uhaul unit where made my reservation because that's where I purcuthe storage unit and drive back to the second uhaul app while paying for movers to sit and wait To Make matters worse staff had spoke with me a week prior and told me they would only be able to remove the lock when I was there because the keys were mailed to Texas after a ten minute. well I specially recommend this location to the HHG movers with semi they let me park my semi in there properly while I was doing a shuttle, it was 3th times i used same location, easy access by I 10 freeway nice people nice location ,

Tell the truth about rental rates. I was told that I had 4 days reserved at 136/day with 621 miles per day and that the rate would adjust upon truck return. Upon returning the truck I was informed that no rate adjustment would be made and I was misinformed. So I paid double unnecessarily..I am not happy and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and newscene 8 and channel 4 and 6 about scams
