i felt like a criminal having to provide an alternate contact number and name, then having the uhaul clerk having to call to verify who i am. I have a valid drivers lic, my credit card and you have my email. Surely that is more than sufficient to rent a trailer. Ive rented from uhaul {this store multiple times}, the clerk said he was enforcing your mandated rules. I am not agree at him, but uhaul makes me feel like a criminal, i will have to look for alternative means of renting equipment

I came in and said good morning and was not responded to or smiled at in return the staff was not very friendly they had a take it or leave it attitude. i recommend they take sensitivity classes as none of them seemed to care about the customers experience but overall the equipment worked well even though i asked for a trailer that i could load my tool box onto i was given one that was not able to be rolled onto and had to waste time returning for one that the gate touched the ground for roll on access.

My reservation was not correct. I am being charged an addition cost because the call taker entered the wrong destination as well as the incorrect trailer. It was a horrible experience. I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible

It took entirely too long to get my truck in the morning. I arrived at 9:20 a.m. and did not leave out until 10:30 a.m. There was a long line and just one person doing the reservations. It seems like something should have been done to help the customer service more efficiently.

I booked on line, was assigned a truck, inspected and uploaded pictures of truck damage, while completing the verification process and payment via chat, they gave my truck to someone else. So then I had to go inside and get assigned an entirely new truck. I post 45 minutes out of my moving schedule.

Customer service- representative Denara Ford is the poorest, unknowledgeable person I have ever encountered. I had problems with charges I was being billed for and she constantly gave incorrect information about the charge. She then completely ignored me and went on to the next customer. I recommend Uhaul staff be trained and well versed on billing statement information and customer service - attitude and friendliness.

The alternative contact requirement is excessive and unnecessary. The broker took 4 tries to type in a number correctly and then proceeded to call that contact number. It is rude and bothering to the person who must be contacted. I will not use this location again. I am a regular uhaul customer for several years. My information is in your system and it is expected to receive a streamlined service. I rent the same product by myself and have done so for ten years. If this a new requirement at every uhaul location I will find alternative moving services.

I was overcharged for gasoline. Your staff is rude, and they don't effectively communicate with each other. Seatbelt was not working, very unsafe! I had a poor experience.

They charged for a dolly after I told them I didn’t need one. They were very nonchalant about it and acted as if they couldn’t and wouldn’t refund the money for the dolly. The lady that helped me swore up and down my boyfriend said I needed a dolly and he didn’t say anything! The manager or whoever the guy is in the green shirt acted as if he didn’t care and as if it wasn’t his problem. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to deal with customers!!!

Any damages to the vehicle prior to the renter moving from the site should be verified and noted by staffers. It should not be the responsibility of the renter to check the vehicle for previous damages. What happens when the renter doesn't note something and upon return the staffer says "look damage"? Renter is then SCREWED.
