Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was very well kept and clean. I would definitely use this facility again for my storage needs. I only moved out because I have a house big enough to store all my goods. Otherwise I would have continued my lease at U-Haul. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Very poor experience. Was told that my storage unit was climate controlled when I signed the contract. We did not do a walk thru so I took their word that it was, in fact, climate controlled. In the next few days, I loaded up two trailers only to find out my unit was NOT climate controlled when I opened it. Also, I've yet to talk to Alvin, the store manager, to cancel this contract. I have called several times with voicemails. No call backs have been returned.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful no matter what time I showed up @ the facility They all know my car name and face I have visited another nearby facility because the system wasn’t operational to make a pymt and the staff there were also friendly and helpful Thx Uhaul for hiring exceptional staff and Mgmt

I was disappointed when I reserved my storage and I was told that my furniture would fit a 2/3 home but when arrived it was to small for me so I had to purchase another one. The customer service was great Michoud.
