Since I used the storage less than a month, they did not charge me anything. Good company to do business with. I will come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Lisa C | First ImpressionsHallways are too narrow to maneuver large items into the rooms, doors don't go up all the way making it hard to get things in past the doors. I wasn't able to get my large refrigerator in and not sure what to do now.
FAITHE L | First ImpressionsI hired two guys and a girlfriend of one guy to help me move. They had pushed the carts onto the truck without u loading them. Because uhaul wouldn't give me an access code for the day one of us had to stay inside. I didn't realize they were on there still until today when we were unloading the truck. It was to late to return them last night so I waited until today when my truck had to be returned down the street from you. I received a phone call today and I explained that I was getting ready to leave to return .my truck and was going to drop them off on my way there which I did. I'm sorry for the confusion and my intentions were never to steal your property. They will be in your inventory count tonight. Thank you for your understanding Robbie Helm
