The unit I reserved didn’t exist. The unit I was given was smaller and inaccessible due to a mysterious lock that the very rude manager couldn’t open. Then the next unit she gave me was tiny, although she shouted at me and my movers that it was 8x10–it was in fact 4.5x9.5. Because it was so small she ended up giving me a second unit. Trying to find a solution that doesn’t require me to pay for two units or incur the cost of moving my belongings again. Incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

After emptying my locker, since the employee at the counter seemed overwhelmed, I asked to be called to find out if I would be entitled to a refund as I had vacated my locker 4 days after the automatic transfer that was valid for a month. However, I was only sent an email later in the day stating that my account had been closed and that my balance was at zero. When I called the next day, I learned that my locker had already been rented to someone else and that I would not be entitled to a refund. Ordinary as a way of doing things!

Leeyah M | Overall ExperienceThe first time I came and asked for a help, the guys working made me wait and didn’t serve me. They were rude and refused to serve me stating they were closing in 20 minutes. I came the day after and the guy who served me didn’t do his job properly. He never took my IDs and put them in the system even though I had paid. I had to come back the week after to deal with this matter. Also, there’s a homeless man who lives on the 6th floor. He was heavily intoxicated, he was swearing and he was being very aggressive. I went downstairs to let the employees know that there was a man who was making a mess on the 6th floor. He was throwing his clothes EVERYWHERE. The employees knew about this guy living there and did nothing to check up on him. POOR QUALITY SERVICE!
Joseph L | First ImpressionsI agreed to a rental price for my locker and 2 months after, i was told that i would be increased by 10%. Also, i was told that if i was there for 12 months, that the 13th month would be free. As I was approaching the 12th month and asked how to claim my free month, I was told that I would have had to pay the 12 months at the beginning of the contract. That was never made clear otherwise I would have paid it all up front. Very dismayed for this event, especially the increase mid contract.

DERICK T | Overall ExperienceI'm not certain if this has ever been addressed, but I will take this chance to raise it one last time. It is currently possible to enter the garage, park a car, and go to the upper floors before 10pm, then after attending to a storage unit, attempt to leave and get stuck at the first floor unable to return either to the garage car or to a storage unit. This occurred to me and I had to leave my tires in the stair well, exit the building and take an Uber home only to return first thing the next morning by Uber to get my tires. Anyone with a working code should be able to return to the garage at any time to avoid stranding people in this way. Besides this, my experience was good.
