Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAll was good. Price increase was troubling. Storage unit was not lit, but well kept. Customer service was very good. Would recommend to friends. Thank you.
Kenneth K | Overall ExperienceThe only issue I had was that I had been expecting an outside access unit with a garage style door. I realize that maybe only the interior access units are climate controlled which was helpful. I ended up needing 3 units rather than the original 2 requested but was glad the one right next to them was available.
Sandra M | Overall ExperienceI am glad finally moved my storage to a smaller unit closer to my home. I am actively working on eliminating the need to have a storage. Sorting and figuring out what to do with this stuff.
Tammie S | Overall ExperienceThe lack of lighting inside the unit is my only complaint. Fantastic and helpful staff.
BRANDON H | Overall ExperienceLarge vehicles/ trailers parked at entry made access challenging
Mark W | Overall ExperienceMix up telling us we owed money when we didn't. Cut our lock off. Overall a negative experience
Jonathan A | Overall ExperienceAll employees were awsome!!!!!
TRACI M | First ImpressionsClimate Control well lit but no lights in the storage room.
DOUGLAS H | Overall ExperienceI knew them since I was 11 years old. My fault when we moved from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to New York my parents used a U-Haul truck.
JAPHETH W | First ImpressionsEvery person i interacted with was knowledgeable and friendly. They were always happy to help and answer any questions I had and never felt like they were pushing anything on me. I had to upgrade my storage unit to a larger outdoor one and they handled it with ease and like it was no big deal or a problem. They made my move and transition back to PA very easy and stress-free.
Kenli B | Overall ExperienceIn my experience, UHAUL stores are wildly variable in their efficiency, helpfulness, communication, and overall customer service. This store is right at the top in a good way, one of the best UHAUL facilities I have used. I rarely review a business but this one deserves a solid “highly recommended” from me. D.
DEVON D | Overall ExperienceI’ve used this location twice and have been very pleased with every aspect of this business. Conveniently located minutes from my home. The manager and all team associates are experts in the relocation and storage fields. All are pleasant, hard working, and customer friendly.
PEGGY H | Overall ExperienceAnthony K took his time & was patient with the long process of paperwork. He is new to the job and obviously learning the ropes & with his kind & respectful nature I am sure he will be an asset to the company.
