Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulTrever was extremely helpful and understanding
Kelly D | Overall ExperienceThe GM Trevor was extremely helpful with the move in and out process. The facility was well maintained and overly secure! No issues accessing my unit. And the one year pricelock was the biggest factor in using UHaul. I've used other places and within that one year window the "lowest" rate around had almost tripled. The consistent pricing was a big help with my budget. Will use again if and when needed
Clifford Z | Overall ExperienceTrevor and his employees are very helpful. I realized I would need a larger unit and they got me into one with no issues.
Debra B | First ImpressionsGreat staff
CHARLES H | Overall ExperienceEverything was laid out and easy to look at and find. Different sizes ECT. Excellent customer service provided. All questions asked were answered in a polite and professional manner. A very smooth transaction and would recommend to any other individuals who need an affordable and convenient storage unit
Clifford Z | First ImpressionsThe kid who helped me means well but is not very bright or good at his job. The process to upgrade from a 5x9 unit to a 10x10 unit took about 45 minutes. He didn't know how to do things in the computer, the touhpad for the credit card didn't work, he texted links to my wife who wasn't inside the store instead of to me, he tried to charge me for another lock when I didn't need one, I had to scan my DL three times, etc. Then, to top it off, he told me the new unit was all the way across the street in another building, despite my repeated requests to get one near the current 5x9 unit. So I agreed to rent a truck for $20 to move all of the heavy furniture we had in the unit. But once we loaded the truck and drove across the street down to the other facility, I saw the unit number he gave me was not on any of those units. So I went back up to the office and he told me he was confused and it was actually right next to my existing unit - which was what I had requested more than an hour prior. Fortunately, he did refund me the $20 for the truck, but then we basically drove right back up to where we loaded it and unloaded it into the new unit. That kid really should go work in a gas station because this was a very frustrating experience. Either that, or he needs to be supervised at all times because he called his boss at home during the agonizing process and still managed to screw the whole thing up.
KEVIN G | First ImpressionsThe staff did have computer issues and lengthy our stay but other than that it went well.
DAVID P | First ImpressionsStaff was great!
KIMBERLY W | Overall ExperienceThe staff at the Allentown Blvd location were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend their services!
KIMBERLY W | First ImpressionsRent is a bit high. But the convenience factor of having moving vans and suppright at hand somewhat makes up for that if you are renting short term. The staff I dealt with was beyond excellent, extremely helpful. I would, and have, recommend storage here.
CHRISTIAN L | Overall ExperienceStaff was very helpful and friendly. They didn’t mind helping us with anything that we asked, and it was very much appreciated.
REJINA I | Overall ExperienceThe customer service was excellent! We rented trucks here before and always came back. But, we had to rent a storage unit and the employees were so helpful that if I or anyone else that needs storage, we would always recommend this specific location. Thank you to Tyler and Travis for you above and beyond assistance!
WENDY B | First ImpressionsU-Haul…never disappoints!
LISA B | Overall ExperienceWe have lost over 75% of our belongings due to rat droppings and urine in our unit. We now know why you all have that big blue dumpster out back — for customer’s lost belongings due to a poorly managed facility. After 12 years of renting from you guys, we expected a higher quality of service and better management of our storage unit. For the past 2-3 years you all have been slowly increasing our rent without notice or reason, despite calling and requesting an explanation. You all were quick to ask for the monthly fee, while pretending to maintain a clean facility. We will be filing an official complaint. However, Dwayne was extremely helpful , closed us out and his customer service skills — top tier! He deserves a raise just for working at this location.
