THERESA G. | Overall ExperienceHaving to deal with someone to unlock a storage door because there is no alarm system is crazy! I won’t be in this storage unit very long. The unit is a very far walk from the entrance door. It will literally take 10 minutes round trip to get to the unit from the entrance door.

NANCY L. | First ImpressionsI reserved a storage unit in person the end of July. When I arrived on August 15th to move in, they couldn't find my reservation. I was told to return when the manager got in around 11am to resolve the issue (I was frustrated, but patient). When I came back at 11am I was told the manager was out of town until Friday. Long story short, they finally got me a unit. I paid a months storage and moved in a few things. I noticed a rat bait trap inside my unit. Surest way to chum in vermin is to place bait inside individual units rather than the exterior hallways. I changed my mind, moved my few belongings out. I attempted to get a refund, but the manager never called me back. The staff is not well supported by management. I do not recommend this storage facility.

Lisa B. | First ImpressionsFor some ridiculous reason, you are making the new customers walk 30 yards all the way to the back of the facility instead of using the storage lockers in front first. It’s really hard to understand why you would make customers do that.
