My first contact was with Will around 10/2 about reserving the unit, pricing, climate control, size needs, etc. He was knowledgeable and awesome. I was so relieved I could drop off at this location as I was renting a 15' U-Haul from WA. state and dropping off here in Humboldt, and he informed me as I was renting a U-Haul truck and renting a U-Haul unit I get the first month free! BONUS! My second contact was with Dalon on 10/10 and his sidekick Sal. I confirmed renting the unit, unloaded my stuff, & dropped off the truck. Dalon was exceptionally nice and helpful in a super stressful situation as a couple of my items were damaged in transit. I will maybe contact the movers who helped me in Washington (for $500) about that since they packed/strapped those down and I paid extra for $5k in insurance. Thank you U-Haul MackTown!! - B.☮️🐝 ps. move in date was 10/10, not 10/1/2026

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI loved the easy access.
Carol D | Experiencia generalFree 30 days.
JENNIFER A | Primeras impresionesThe staff were always as helpful as can be. Rating them 1-10 ten being the best I’d rate them an 11.
JASON P | Experiencia generalBest storage facility I have ever seen!
Linda M | Primeras impresionesWe found the u-haul was convenient & perfect for us . Customer Service was excellent by answering our questions & by being there for assistance when needed. Great service all around!! Thank you & we will use this service if we need it again!
SHARON J | Experiencia generalI accidentally set off the alarm the first time I went to my unit, but the employee was really kind about it. I was very tired and missed the instructions.
Amanda N | Primeras impresionesMisunderstandings between myself and staff led to my time being restricted and my storage unit accessible only during regular business hours. I remedied the situation but should have never had my access restricted without being told. It dramatically impacted my capacity to move out in a timely manner from my, then, home.
KYLE P | Experiencia generalThe staff are wonderful! Great customer service! Dylon is friendly, professional, and has a great sense of humor. We have used your facility for a couple of years for summer storage for our college student. We have been recommending your facility to other parents of college students we have met. We highly recommend your storage facility!!
MICHELLE S | Experiencia generalIn huge print on this building are the numbers "24/7". There is definitely not 24/7 access. False advertising. if I pay my bill and leave the next day, I do not get a pro-rated refund. Uhaul makes double, the customer gets screwed. BS price hikes. It was already too expensive. The facility was partially flooded last year. Condensation on my items. I've tried calling the office several times over the years and only got through once or twice. The cost of trucks, pods and trailers is beyond ridiculous.
