The only thing I would like to see changed, and it's not a big deal. I always had a challenge with running the card at the entrance to disarm the alarm. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful, but when they were busy, of course there were delays in getting in.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe staff of this location are incredibly slow and inattentive. I have rented a U-Haul trucks and trailers from this location many times because it’s one of the few in the town that I live in and you can tell that they just do not care about anything. I have gone in there and waited over an hour in line after doing the check-in process online. In addition there is an apartment complex behind the storage facility where lots of teenagers live and those teenagers are constantly in the storage facility, running around, stomping getting into stuff opening and closing the doors to empty storage units and setting off the alarms and it doesn’t appear that any of the employees really care.
Kimberly K | Experiencia generalThank you 😊
WILLIE W | Experiencia generalCustomer service here is lacking badly. Long waits because they're CLEARLY under staffed. I was told there would be a lock provided in my unit. I had to call and ask for one. I was busy unloading my truck but it was advised I could come collect the lock. Proper customer service should have been an employee bringing it to me since it meant I would need to leave my unit unlocked. Just a recommendation that this location seriously needs better customer service skills. Most of them have crappy attitudes and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them for doing their jobs.
MICHELLE P | Primeras impresionesThey need to change the time back to 10 PM because inconvenience to close at 7 PM because I work emails so it was kind of nice. I had a 10 o’clock to go check my storage yet very not happy with that. That was the reason why I got this storage in the first place
Marcus T | Experiencia generalI rented a truck one way when I got to U-Haul they set me up with a storage unit I got it all in there except my sectional couch and that left me stuck in Redding with know where to leave my couch or to sleep I had to be at work at 7 am. The gentlemen that was still there said he'd give me another day on them but I still am having to payore die to having to fill the tank back up again.
Lani M | Primeras impresionesI moved out on 9/12/26, NOT 9/14/26 The correct date needs to be reflected on your records. I would have given 5 stars, but if your staff cannot enter a correct date, maybe you need different staffing.
Joanna C | Experiencia generalThe 2 employees were doing the best that they could. It was busy & extremely understaffed. Obtaining the storage unit was confusing with a long wait at the counter. Then returning the rental truck took over an hour. The 2 employees were running in & out, checking returns in, inspecting returned rentals, renting out trucks, answering phones, dealing with storage customers all while apologizing to the line of customers waiting. Again, the staff was courteous & friendly. It seems that since the pickups & drop offs are scheduled, the manager would have a look at staffing the store with adequate amount of staff during the busy/peak times. I'm not sure that I would recommend this U-Haul location due to it taking so long to get in & out. Staff was great, though!
Twila h | Primeras impresionesIt was burning hot outside and felt stagnant inside. The air was not cool enough. I wanted to use a bright orange cart and was yelled at . The same person has terrible customer service. There was a long line of customers and he kept disappearing , didn't greet us or encourage us that we would be waited on soon. That was my welcome to Redding, CA 👎
Thea E | Mudanza en líneaOne of the One of the associates at the Redding California facility was extremely condescending. Accused me of lying about the previous associate who is handling my truck rental and then when I finally got the truck ready to go after an hour of wasted time I found a small brass padlock locking the roll up door on the truck I just rented. This caused me more time which I don't have a lot of of I've been renting from U-Haul for over 30 years. Never have I been treated this way..
DENNIS I | Experiencia generalAfter 22 years off grid we are finally moving into town and this facility is in just the right place for this transition. Thank you for a ground floor unit: 1661
Janet L | Primeras impresionesIncreased transient traffic in and out - even seen wandering the halls of the units. There was also a man who parked his pickup in a loading bay and then took off after smoking crack in the truck… he was seen around this facility many times but does not appear to be a customer or employee. I did not feel secure and I had concerns about the security of my items.
Joanna M | Experiencia generalVery clean and updated site.
JERRY O | Experiencia generalCustomer service was very good they were very helpful and explained everything
Thomas T | Primeras impresionesThere was always somebody there cleaning when I was there and the building was very clean/tidy. All my belongings were in perfect condition when I moved my stuff out. If I ever need a storage unit again, I would use U-Haul!
Meaghan C | Experiencia generalI never interacted with any staff, I did the check in process online but everything was so easy and secure! Would choose uhaul 1 million times over!
Naydine L | Experiencia general
