It was nice having a storage unit secured. But the fact of they don't give a refund if you're not there the whole month made it sad. Over $160 went down the drain you would at least think they would do a partial refund like other storage units.

There are fans but not enough to circulate air around by the front desks to get a storage unit/the vehicles. With their care they provided flawless, well spoken, explained nicely. 10/10 recommend cause of how nice the workers were

The customer service representative made sure my lock and keys worked and escorted me to the unit to assure that it was ready to move-in. My unit is air conditioned, which is a game changer on storing delicate items that can deteriorate in our Northstate heat. I love the moving carts and large loading bay. Office and unit hours are convenient. I will recommend this place to all of my family and friends needing storage.
