When the lights from my vehicle weren’t working for the trailer, after I got home, disappointed of course, I called and spoke with George, and he was willing to swap the trailer for a 10’ truck. I was very relieved that I would be able to move my stuff into storage that day. George also was working by himself when I arrived just before 1030am which was my pick up time, and there were about 4 customers in front of me. One suggestion I would make to your website is to CLEARLY state that you do not accept CashApp or any other prepaid card, and that it must be either a credit card or a card with a major bank.
