When my unit was damaged from the outside wall, no one bothered to give me a call to let me know. I had to find out when I exited my unit. Very disappointed. aAlot of the items inside were threw all over. I have a lot of damages.

The free locks provided did not fit the doors. Had to go out and buy new locks that fit.
Thomas E | Online Move InThe free lock which was left in the unit for signing up online did not fit on the door to the unit, so it could not be used. The combination to the gate for access to the facility was not communicated, so I had to call an office which was located elsewhere to get through the gate the first time to access the unit.

RUSSELL G | First ImpressionsI have no comments. I have not been to the facility since the new ownership. I found the U-Haul app not useable for purpose of setting up auto pay. My brother went online and did it for me. Then office staff said it was not done. Multiple phone calls later I think auto pay is established. Even the staff I talked to said the transition was not going smoothly. But I will be patient and let things work their way out
