Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery busy all the time. People inside couldn't park properly so we had to wait or come back a lot. There was no way in except driving, so it was a hassle to use. More than once I got trapped inside by people parking in the drive lane or putting their stuff in the way of vehicles.
PAUL R | Experiencia generalMy experience at this location was horrendous at best. I lost close to half of my belongings due to mouse damage. I have had issue after issue after issue after issue with my 24-hour access, including being locked out once during a blizzard which could have truly cost me my life that night. Anytime I contacted the GM for help, I was completely ignored. I believe her name is Olivia. I also contacted her boss Lucy when I didn't get a text back or any show of concern at all about my well-being being threatened by another tenant. Lucy responded that Olivia was "their best GM" so she wasn't going to do anything about it. Not only was she not going to do anything about it but when I contacted Olivia about having found mice in my unit, I got nothing but attitude from her. It's been problem after problem after problem for literally years. I will never rent with uhaul again. Ever.
CASEY C | Experiencia generalThe biggest problem was the sign outside. The storage building says set it up immediately and move in immediately. Immediately doesn’t mean that we have to drive to a completely different location for the office to set it up when it says immediately right there it took us about an hour extra to be able to get everything situated.
ZEE K | Primeras impresionesConstant trash everywhere. People tapping on the garage door outside asking to be let in. Carts were never around. Used needles in the elevators. Elevators constantly down. Signs around yelling at you and making the space feel really unwelcome. No staff around to help ever nor responsive to emails. Would not have a storage space here ever again. All these problems were enough to move out and never return.
AIMEE V | Experiencia generalSince U-Haul took over the prices increased and the elevator would be out of commission once a month. Would not recommend
ABIMBOLA J | Experiencia generalI was assigned a unit that was already occupied
MIKIAS L | Primeras impresionesWas what I needed
Alex E | Primeras impresionesYall had my car towed and there's no parking spot. And that young man tried to bully me when I came into the store. No I wouldn't recommend anyone to you all.
gloria m | Experiencia generalCustomer service was terrible both over the phone and at the U-Haul location. One elevator was broken, there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and our code wouldn’t let us enter the building. On the fourth floor there was a plastic planter in the hallway with human feces in it. Disgusting. There were no staff on site during business hours I will not be recommending this storage unit to anyone else.
Matt L | Primeras impresionesThe U-Haul truck itself was fine, very clean and equipment was easy to use. The facility had customer support there to help as well. The storage facility is poor standards. There is NEVER customer support. There is no one at the office. The elevator is out for 6-8 weeks with no clear instructions on the staircase. My storage unit had MOUSE droppings all through it. I did not move with ANY mouse problems. It is disgusting and I just paid my monthly storage. I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with the conditions.
Dinajia A | Mudanza en líneaI would only use the online reservation, available immediately option.
Rebecca G | Experiencia generalI will never use this company again
Katrina R | Experiencia generalI called in advance to confirm that the 5x4 unit was available. I was told it was. I booked it online. The next day, I was told it was mine and I was all good to go. I get to the facility and the front desk lets me know the unit is out of order. There are no other 5x4’s available. She said there was a note on the account that shouldn’t have allowed them to give me this unit, even though I called her the day before and she said it was available. I was given the option of a 5x5 for 10$ more a month or a 5x9 for 30$ more a month. I was a bit frustrated because I needed the lowest cost unit. Thankfully, Yana (may not be correct spelling) was absolutely amazing and extremely accommodating. She was professional and straight to the point about fixing my issue. The two guys, not much help at all, but yana got it DONE! She was so kind, personable, and willing to go above and beyond. The next day, I came back with an issue from a different usual location and she went out of her way to contact some people to get my new issue solved. I will only be speaking to yana from this point on because she just knows what she is doing and does it right.. the first time!
