KENNETH C | ReservaciónWhen we moved in it was easy to access then you put 2 fifth wheels in middle of lot making it difficult to get in. There was a hole where my boat sat I bought some pressure treated wood to elevate me boat when I came back you had removed the wood I bought.

Donald W | Experiencia generalApplication process was easy. Staff always answered my questions, were friendly and accommodating.
Sandra S | Experiencia generalUsed their facility for many years. Would use again. Just moved our storage to newer facility closer to home.
SCOTT L | Experiencia generalThere was a leak in my original storage unit that ruined a majority of my belongings. I did have insurance on the unit but the damages went well above the amount insured. The manager at the storage unit was friendly and did a good job at helping me "resolve" the issue. Which ended in being switched to another storage unit, which was fine, there was no leaks in that unit that I was aware of. The unit they moved me to was also larger and they upgraded me to it "free of charge" as well as lent me moving tools such as dollies, to make the switch easier. But it doesn't change the fact I lost a lot of my stuff and some of it wasn't replaceable. Not to mention the mold that began growing due to the mositure in the unit, along with the strong smell of mold on everything that was kept in that unit. I tried my best to keep Damp Rid in the unit, and air it out when possible but I could only do so much. Additionally, there was a huge roach/bug problem. We did NOT have bugs prior to moving our stuff to the unit. I was told it was probably due to the water and moisture in the unit. I repeatedly spent money on bug bombs and baits to try my best to make sure I would not be transferring bugs to where I live. Yes, the facility did offer to replace the poison that they use but if you've ever had a roach problem, you know it is extremely hard to get rid of them. The office hours personally were not convenient for me but they could be for others. But the manager was pretty good at answering calls and getting back with you as soon as possible if he missed your call. Overall I would not recommend due to the water damage, mold and roaches, it was a huge loss. I would not want any one else to experience the same thing, even though the facility said they check the units regularly and the water leak was "odd" and a "fluke".
Alexandria L | Experiencia generalProvided great service and support.
Nelo W | Experiencia generalYoung man in the office was a big help to me and honest. RF
Robert F | Experiencia generalThe staff makes it so easy we came from North Carolina after hours and he had it ready for me
Shirley C | Experiencia generalI highly recommend All-Safe Mini Storage! They are very professional, courteous, and accommodating. When a storm opened up the roof of my storage unit, they immediately provided me with a larger storage unit to move to, at no extra charge.
Bobby B | Experiencia generalThe lighting in the climate controlled unit wasn't working correctly
