The only problem I had was have I came to the faculty to let them know I have had completed moved out and what was the step needed to take with the company. The guys said I was good and he would email me a receipt. Never happen two days later I have to go back to see what the problem was and then another associate Elizabeth email me and gave me a copy of the receipt, my rental had never been closed out. Thank you Elizabeth for your great customer service
