Positives:Manager Kyle Butler was excellent. Negatives: Rental vehicles parked in front of units made it difficult to transit in and out of space. Unit wasn't completely secure from pests at top left, holes in hardie board siding. Excessive amounts of rat/mice/wasp accessing the unit from outside unknown location. Facility not being gated in was very big negative, anyone could walk into facility from street without authorized access while we were access unit or not. Finally, the constant increases in rent twice a year was unexceptable for the lack of imminties and lack of upgrades. Increasing prices just for reason of Corporate/Investors happiness and gains, is not an excuse or justifiable reason to take advantage of your customer base.
