LORETTA DI had the same tire blow on me within 5 minutes of it being replaced and when the guy came to replace the tire the second time he blamed me first for being overloaded which I wasn't and then blamed me for speeding which I was not also. I would not have paid $230 to have my trip interrupted with blown tires and accusations.

MICAH MAgain... charged me for gas when I put more in gas when I returned the vehicle. I had to go back and show proof that I did just that. No phone call to say hey we've noticed that the fuel was short.. Then at that point I could have told them no, your wrong and showed my proof through text, email. No, you went a charged me without notice! Thank God I took pictures of the fuel before and after with the mileage. Never had a problem with the one on Blanding Blvd.

LUIS CU-Haul at this location has been my go to spot for the last two decades. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and professional. Matthew goes the extra mile to explain additional options for my rentals. Kyle is the best all around because he is fair and honest. The rates are great and the entire premise is well kept. KRYSTOL BThe 15" truck has broken glass on the right passenger under the seat. There was stuff splattered all over the console and ceiling. There was a cigarette in the cup holder. And one of the ac vents on the passenger side is broke.

Edward PWe did a mobile pick up, once we finally found the truck we noticed that the back drivers side tire was bald and the cord was showing through the tire. There were also chunks missing out of it. We went inside and the guy we worked with was helpful and got us in a new truck but it was frustrating to be assigned a truck that we were taking to key west had a very bad tire. Just to mention too, the 2nd truck we received had leaks in the cab and water was dripping on both me and my husband when when it rained. We had to stuff napkins into the spots where it was leaking.
Michael Wfirst reserved a trailer at another location only to find out that even though i had reserved it a week earlier they decided to rent it anyway and not honor the reservation. i was advised by to store owner that this was a u-haul problem and not her issue to deal with. In defence of u-haul i immediately got on the phone with u-haul and the set up the next closest location. they got me the trailer i needed. After done with the trailer i took it to another u-haul location that advised me i couldn't return the trailer there and i had to take it back to a u-haul store. so with this said if you use u-haul only deal with the actual u-haul stores. don't go to these other store fronts that have u-haul as an extra feature for the store. only deal with the actual u-haul stores or you will regret it

Everyone was great help in explaining stuff at the store. My wife was confused by the person who booked her unit on the phone from the 800# because we were told nothing about keeping the truck for 24 hours or anything like that. So again thank yall for explaining it all in person.
Robert C | Online Move InI ordered my Truck from Macclenny Fl but had to go 35 miles out of my way to pick up the truck then would have been charged doubled I was told if I dropped the truck off at my uhaul dealer less than 3 miles from house. Instead I had to drive another 35 miles out of my way to return the truck. I am a very unhappy customer!!!

Marcia CWhen asking the manager if it was cheaper to do a one day rate and drop off at the same location, I was told it was. When I got back to the store I went over my estimated miles and it was significantly more expensive than estimated. I expressed my concerns to the staff and was given the " tough luck" response. The car door barely closed and the transmission slipped on me 3x while I was using the truck.

He was more worried about his cellphone and vape than the customer and the GENERAL MANAGER BY PICTURE only was terrible too! They did NOT HAVE MY truck at the site and AFTER THEY charged me I saw on the PAPER that it SAID a 20 FOOT truck yes it was more but I DID not need that much truck. They didn't evocation anything, I told the "manager" what should be fine because I was not communicated about the truck not being there? So he said if I get ANOTHER TRUCK from another facility that I WOULD BE charged THE SAME amount again! There an older gentleman who was more COMPASSIONATE! IF YOU ARE a woman or first time driving RUNNN!

To drop off the vehicle it took me like 30 to 45 minutes, cuz the app wasn't working, I did not know were to put the key… cuz it said key box, which is not a key box were you put the key. The smell in the van wasn't that great, it smell like sweat or something like that, I wasn't that good. I don't know if it the product that they use to clean or what but I wasn't good at all

The charge was removed but we did have to physically carry a refrigerator out of the house and up the ramp by hand. Would have been nice to have the dolly I was supposed to get. william ltimes changed a few times for pick up which affected my whole schedule. I booked a utility dolly months in advance but when I pick up truck was told only appliance dolly available. the people how showed up to load the uhaul said there was no dolly and because of that I had to pay them for a couple hours of work. It was an absolute disaster. I want a good refund

Jessica K | First ImpressionsI thought my storage unit was being maintained until I moved out. I contacted Two Men and a Truck to move my items out of the storage and into my home. Omar G., the lead mover, told me to go ahead to the next place and they would meet me there. The three men began moving my items into their truck and discovered mountains of rat feces covering the boxes and my furniture. As they were moving furniture and boxes rat poop continuously fell on them. They swept and knocked the poop off the boxes and furniture because they thought it was just on the surface. After they removed household they noticed the large hole in the back of the unit. There were no holes in the unit prior to me moving my things inside. When they got to my home and started taking things off the truck, that is when they noticed rat poop falling out of furniture (that was wrapped completely in Saran Wrap) and out of boxes that were completely sealed. Every time they placed an item down, huge amounts of rat poop fell onto the floor. We were not able to keep anything made of wood or with any wood contents. I had to pay Two Men and a Truck a disposal fee to haul my furniture and boxes away. I had to pay Stanley Steamer to clean and deodorize my sofa and loveseat to get rid of the smell of rat poop and pee. I called the location, while the movers were still present, and told them what happened. I was given a phone number to file a claim.

Unit wasn't completely secure from pests at top left, holes in hardie board siding. Excessive amounts of rat/mice/wasp accessing the unit from outside unknown location. Facility not being gated in was very big negative, anyone could walk into facility from street without authorized access while we were access unit or not. Finally, the constant increases in rent twice a year was unexceptable for the lack of imminties and lack of upgrades. Increasing prices just for reason of Corporate/Investors happiness and gains, is not an excuse or justifiable reason to take advantage of your customer base.
