Jerone B | Experiencia generalI Didn't like the fact the deposit was non-refundable and the move-in was expensive but inflation is crazy I guess, but deposit should be refundable if no damages occurred and move-out notice is reasonable but that's my opinion. Cameras were everywhere and accessibility was great. They were outside units so normal mice and bugs were seen but no infestations or loose animals on the property. There were No issues at this location as far as break-ins or any criminal activity. They offered different sizes for different needs. The staff were always friendly whether in person or over the phone. I would recommend this place.
Mimi W | Experiencia generalI had NO problems, everyone was always friendly and helpful every time I spoke with them. All my belongings are in the same condition as when I put them in. I THANK everyone for their kindness
TERESA L | Experiencia generalThank you for the space I needed was a great place would recommend it to everybody
Tony S | Experiencia generalI found the facility very accessible and staff friendly great service and friendly.
Mike l | Experiencia generalGood place for storage. No issues.
DON A | Experiencia generalTHE UNITS ALL APPEARED IN GOOD CONDITION AS WAS THE ACCESS ROADS. i CHECKED OUT OVER THE PHONE BECAUSE THE MAIN OFFICE WAS CLOSED ON SUNDAYS. WAS SIMPLE. HAD AUTO-PAY SO EASY AND ST UP AT INITIAL AGREEMENT. NO COMPLAINTS.
Michael R | Experiencia generalYou should know that we had one box that had mouse/rat droppings and shredded paper in it. Nothing was damaged. Mu sleep number mattresses covers were stained by something, and I will have to replace. I tell you this simply because you may need to check that unit before renting it to someone else. This is not a complaint as much as a heads up. Thank you.
linda h | Experiencia generalSteve and the crew was great when ever we needed the units to be left open they took care of us Units were very nice and clean I could not recommend ANY OTHER STORAGE PLACE
charles s | Experiencia generalVery helpful and friendly staff. Only left because I no longer needed the storage unit. Will definitely use this company again if I need a unit in the future
MICHELLE M | Experiencia generalAwesome Rental Experience!
Cheryl R | Experiencia generalOne of the best I have ever used...good management as well
GLENDA P | Experiencia generalVery secure place an clean in an out staff is very helpful would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone thanks steve for all your help
Joey S | Experiencia generalGreat experience. Easy automated payments and someone always answered the phone during business hours. Would use again.
EMILY C | Experiencia generalHere in Macclenny, it has been very hard to find a good storage facility. MCM Mini Storage is clean, they are friendly, and I never had to worry about mold. The others would leave your items molded and roach eggs all on and in your boxes. I would recommend MCM Mini Storage to everyone.
