anthony e. | First ImpressionsThere were trucks parked in front of the unit and the office was already closed. Plus i got charged for a months rent when i called the location to cancel and had already removed out items and the lock!
amy c. | Overall ExperienceMy only issue was that I could never access my unit after business hours because it was always blocked by a truck. Even when I visited during business hours, it would sometimes take up to an hour to have someone move the truck blocking my unit so that I could access it. Towards the end of my stay, the phone lines to the office became rerouted to the automated system so it became even more difficult to get ahold of someone to move a truck. I planned on keeping my unit longer, but I couldn’t keep being unable to access it at convenience like I could at other locations.

The office was closed when I scheduled to move in so I wasn’t able to talk to anyone about it. It’s pretty big and needs to be patched so that my things don’t get water damaged. Office staff was gorgeous and very helpful, they need a raise!
