I stiff at the counter for about 10 minutes while they kept helping everyone else. Calling other people up to the counter, people standing around doing nothing. No communication, nothing. So after one worker was done with a customer, she went up to leave and I said “excuse me, I have a reservation” and she looked pretty annoyed that I was even talking to her. I was told I just drop the trailer off at the side of the building when done. Was t informed of the check in process I had to do. Thank god I read the papers. But then I had an issue with your website. Horrible customer service.

I originally had rented from the Boost Mobile on New Cut Rd - my reservation was for 10AM & was told we had until 30 minutes after to pick up - I arrived at this location at 10:20AM - never seeing a truck anywhere when I pulled in - stood in their line inside for 10 minutes then it's finally my turn at 10:32 to be told they gave my truck away I wasn't there - I explained I've been here & in your line & there was never even a truck here! He then proceeds to locate me a truck & he did....20 miles out from my original location - my hands were tied had to have a truck = Moving! Then he proceeds to tell me no problems - I can return my truck to the Boost location on New Cut Rd - bring in my paperwork & he'll adjust my pricing - which was another Lie! I arrived at your Bardstown Rd location & they had my truck went over my paperwork - didn't try to rush me out the door like the New Cut Rd location did & made sure we understood & were clear on everything & thank goodness they did because that's when this gentleman told me if I took this truck to the New Cut location I would have been charged another $400!! I'm sorry - but - this is absolutely Unacceptable & very bad business!! When moving it is common sense that Everyone is on a Budget & this experience with Uhaul New Cut Rd location was the worst - I was lied to from the start - cost me more money than allowed because of the miles I had to end up going to get the truck on top of this location on New Cut Rd almost cost me an additional $400 - Unacceptable! Your Bardstown Rd location however were excellent - customer service/ taking the extra step to make sure someone understands all - Exceptional! I will never use the New Cut Rd location nor recommend it to anyone else - it's just a shame to have been done that way!

Poorly managed. One desk person with ten people in line on a last weekend of the month when are moving for First of month. Desk person kept leaving going outside to do other persons work.

I was overcharged and when they stated they issued me 2 refunds i still have not received a refund on my card. The lady that checked me out was having issues with her computer. But she did give me two different receipts where it shows I was issued a refund. I should have one $10 refund and one $15 refund. Very bad experience

Have more staff members working during weekends when the store is busy. Wait times are often 30-60 minutes past reservation time on the weekends due to slow service.

Wheel tie down strap was frayed. I had to point it out and waited 20 minutes for them to change it. Also after loading Veh on trailer one tire was low on air.
