Make the drop key a little easier to find. I was looking for a box its hard to see the slot in the glass. I spotted the keys in floor is how i found it lol

The 17’ truck didn’t drive very well, it felt like the transmission needed to be checked. Also, upon returning the truck, it took 1/2hr. to be checked in. There was only one other person in the store and this was around 6:30, 30 minutes before closing time.

The return took way too long , I had to ask twice and ask if I could take the trailer off by myself.

Two guys were at the counter and I was the only customer in the building yet I had to wait to be served as they were busy in conversation. Throughout my transaction it felt like I was interrupting whatever they were doing. I did not get my trailer hooked up until well after my scheduled pick up time,let. Then during so off the next day I was told I was 10 minutes late and as such I was charged for an additional day. Ridiculous. I will not use this location again. They can get me out late with no repercussions but because I was then late on drop off I am charged another full day rental.

While the gentlemen who pulled the truck out and checked my uhaul back in were very pleasant, the service staff inside were very slow. I stood in line for quite some time (approximately 20 mins) waiting for assistance. The next day, my partner went into the same uhaul (because it was the only location open) and again had to wait 30 minutes, and that is a generous estimate. It seems as if their computers were slow and their customer service in terms of speed was not up to par. Very nice employees though.

Made a reservation and when i got there my reservation was behind an hr then they had to change my truck. I will say after calling the cooperate office i was able to get a 50$ discount which helped the process but when people pay for a reservation they should come before a walk in.

Fill the trucks up with enough gas to get down the street. Had to stop several times for gas and getting your biggest truck in and out of a gas station several times is inconvenient and not time efficient.

You can get the call center employees into some classes about how to do their job and explain to them hat reading the customers contract is more important than some numbers on a schedule. Had a family member call to inform of possible 30 min late arrival. Call center employee had it right till she told him that I didn't have to be in till 7 pm. This makes no sense except I thought maybe since I was sent to one location that didn't have my requested equipment maybe the xtension was some form of the 50 bucks that should have been credited to my account. So I kept the truck till 7. 6 extra hours..5 comes around and I get a phone call maybe it was 430 from a gentleman want to know where his truck was. He was rude. Talked over me and interrupted me. Repeated himself several times and really never gave me a chance to speak. I haven't been a customer very long but I have spent a decent amount of money in the short time I've been using U-Haul. Am currently rethinking my relationship with the company. Should have been credited 50 for not having correct equipment. Was given bad info from call center which led to a very unpleasant phone call....I don't know if I was charged the extra day like I was told I would be over the phone or what. And if not charged when I paid better not have gone on the card I used for reserving the trucks. Shall really have a problem if that happened. Rating is to get attention. Employees at the actual store have always been super cool. Clean your house Uhaul.

The one and only improvement would be to staff more people to cut back on wait time's. Or move the people from the Preston Highway location to this one.....that's my only complaint. The wait time. And the staff there is clearly doing the absolute best they can. No quams there. just need more people.

I had a terrible experience from start to finish. I even filed a complaint with customer service with the assurance that a manager would reach out to me and they never did. This branch was rude and wasted a decent amount of our time on a day where time was crucial for us to move.

The young redheaded clerk at pickup was not knowledgeable about the trailer and even though I had a reservation, he struggled with that reservation. The nice man who met me on my return was very good at his job and made the return effortless. I will return to this location should I néed these services again.

Manager was rude and lacked customer service etiquette. Truck interior smell was foul. Strong cigarette smoke scent. As long as the current manger is there will never do business with this location.
