I don't like the scam of receiving a truck with only a quarter of a tank of gas. It's clearly a way for U haul to get free gas and pass the gas into the customer. Cheap trick. It's hard th gas up a truck and get it to line where you got it without putting MORE gas in which I firmly believe is Uhaul's goal.

I had reserved 2 dozen pads, 1 two wheel dolly, and 1 four wheel dolly. I had 5 people at my house to help with the move. None of materials were available even though I received a call from u haul stating it would be there.I had to buy the equipment at a cost of $200. This the second time this has happened.

The fellow at the counter was very helpful. He mentioned he was recently promoted to management. Excellent choice.

I did have a BIG issue and that was I requested a Appliance Dolly when I made the reservation by phone, I did all the pre check in on line, called to verify they had the truck (because I had to order a larger truck then needed a 15 footer to have the ramp to move appliances) and then when I got there they told me they did not have one and that just because I requested on that does not guarantee I will get one. They called and could not find one at first and then found one but I had to go get it (I had another appointment and came by near closing just to take care of the paperwork and pick the truck up later). No compensation for the inconvenience then. Feel Free to call me to discuss. I will be aware that may happen in the future rental !!!!!!

An employee by the last name McDonald serviced us both when my mom picked up my vehicle and when I returned it. I filled the truck up upon returning and I wasn't suppose to but he failed to tell us that. It cost me $88 to fill up. When he told me I was only suppose to return it at 1/4 of a tank he was unkind when I asked if he could give me my money back. I told him that I paid $88 to fill up and I had receipts to prove it. He was so unkind that a couple of African employees were looking at him and me because they were waiting for me to cuss him out due to the way he was talking to me. He then decided to give me $30 and proceeded to tell me that I should be grateful that he is doing that because he doesn't gave to do anything. I was pissed to say the least and told two of my friends who recently purchased a home not to go to that particular location due to his actions and words.

$19.95 truck rental is false advertising. $19.95 + $.59 per mile + insurance + your own gasoline is more accurate.

The only thing that bugged me, as a business owner, was the girl who took a personal call while completing my reservation on Friday, Sept 8th. Other then that, I like doing business with UHaul.

This area of town is not the best.

Grado:

I reserved the equipment (trailer) for pick up and return at an alternate site. I learned after I made the reservation that it was not available at this site and had to pick it up at an alternate, much less convenient site. More frustrating was that I had to return it to this site as well or face the increased cost of a one-way rental. Both sites were in the greater Louisville, KY area. My requested site was near a rented storage unit. It would have been much more customer-focused to at least return it at the requested site with no additional charge. Thank you for taking my feedback.

I really don't know how the process could have gone smoother. I was in and out, and the truck was practically brand new and easy as a sedan to drive. Great experience, 5 star all the way. I did have a tough time finding the key drop though, and wasn't sure where to put the key in, etc. I was worn out by the end of the day, and could have missed it in the contract or something, but that would be the one minus mark for you guys, that it took about 5 minutes looking for the key drop. That's not even a blip on the screen though compared to how good the overall experience was. Thank you, I'll recommend you, and I will absolutely return as a customer. best

Jeremy was, quite simply, amazing to deal with, as was almost everyone at U-haul. They were ALL looking out for my best pricing deal & that means a lot when you're moving!! The regional office was also very helpful when I wound up needing to keep the truck an extra day & when I needed to change the agreed upon Drop-Off Location at the last minute. Seriously, rough move... Long line to return it due to computer issues, but Jeremy handled it & took excellent care of us! Not sure of truck check-in person's name (no nametag?) but he also tried to help speed the process along by greeting customers in the lot, etc. Highly recommend this location, even though the entrance can be tough to navigate.

I called and was able to reserve and pick up a 20' truck on a Sunday all within 30 minutes notice at 4:30 right at close. It really saved my ass and I appreciate the work of the woman I spoke to initially on the phone who found the truck and also an employee there who helped get me into it at close.

I loved the cargo van. It served my purpose very well. The gentleman who set me up in the morning was very nice & courteous. The gentleman who helped me on return was the same. I had a great experience today. Thank you for that.

Was sent to the back lot to wait for someone to show me the trailer and hook it up. Spoke to one guy who confirmed that someone would be helping me and later found him helping other people who came after I did. After waiting for awhile, I went to the front and had to tell them I was here before the people they were helping. I know things happen, but I was clearly being passed over for what I believe was customers requiring easier tasks. Still giving an average rating because the lady inside (black lady with blonde hair) was very nice and helpful.

Jeremy, the owner, was extremely rude. I plan to call and make an official complaint tomorrow. After using U-Haul several times, I will never use the service again because of how he disrespected me.

First, your automated system for picking up the truck didn't work, so I had to wait in line anyway. Second, you have the slowest lines I've ever seen. Between pickup and drop off, I wasted 45 minutes of my day at the checkout, and never had more than one person in front of me. Also, when I was 15 minutes late picking up the truck, a gentleman from the location called me and very rudely asked if I was still coming, when I said yes, he brashly informed me that I still had to have the truck back by 6:30, because it was gong out again. I knew I didn't need the truck for four hours, so I wasn't concerned about being late to pick it up. It was no excuse for him to give me the attitude that he did.

I placed my order online and choose the Bluegrass Pkwy. location. I recevied a text the day before stating that there wasn't a truck available and the location was changed to 5701 Bardstown Rd. which was further away from me. When I arrived to pick up the truck there wasn't one available. The man said it wasn't returned. I then had to go to the 4128 Bardstown Road location. I was very disapppointed in having to change the location 3 times. It caused me to have to pay more mileage. According to the man he said this happens a lot for online orders and it's better to talk to an actual person at the location.

Nothing. Unless you have a YouTube showing how to use the Mobile App access. I was a little confused on how to do it. Didn't actually need it since timing was great. Hardly anyone there when I started & when I finished but I KNOW they stay busy!!PTL!

To whom it may concern The level of service I received for paying $400 dollars was way under par. For starters I was told that there was only a 1/4 of a tank of gas in truck. Now I do realize that the gas marked is based on previous customer but when driving three hours with a full auto transport it is very difficult to stop at any type of gas in town without complications of maneuvering truck and trailer. That may be something to be considered for your future renters. Also truck was a mess with crumbs and debris inside so called cockpit. We had no type of walk around for previous damage. Lastly when truck was pulled around I asked for a refreshing course on how to hook up and unhook trailer. I was first told to just leave car at lot and come back after loading. I lived 20 min away from the lot and didn't want to come back. I told front desk clerk this who didn't communicate this with employee who pulled truck around. At this point 2nd employee seem to become agiated when I asked. He pretty much said what do you want and then talked to me like a child. I just wanted to make sure I knew what I was doing. He said he didn't know I were taking car, if he didn't know this then why was trailer hooked up in the first place. After running around for 30 min trying to find someone else to help load my car I still didnt know how to take off trailer. At this point I just wanted to leave because whole process took over an hr and 15 min. The store wasn't busy just seemed chaotic and unorganized. This made move way more difficult and threw off the timing I had planned out. So when moving I had to leave car and trailer hooked up because I didn't want to cause damage. Now on returning trailer to Nashville I pulled up a little before close with no one there so I had to you tube how to unhook trailer because I am moving into a condo with little parking and didn't want to maunever trailer and truck and wasnt unloading truck till next day. So I took trailer off by myself having my girlfriend watch me unload car. When dropping off truck the next day I was asked about my experience and when I told them they were less then concerned. For paying this much I would expect a little better service. At this point my company uses you for relocation services. We may not be a big company but I am highly considering cancelling our account and switching to another truck rental company. I'm not sure what can be done on your end but I felt need to express this as to if one of my locations lack the level of service I like to know so problems can be fixed thank you for your time.
