Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExcellent service. The receiving guys at the Towerline location in London Ontario were fantastic. The 15 ft truck was drove very well.
Steve B | Primeras impresionesCustomer service was beyond excellent, very friendly staff. would definitely rent another truck from this location. Storage unit very clean, storage units are convenient.
Brandy J | Primeras impresionesCan't say enough good about my experience! You folks were terrific in making my move the best! You are recommended highly! Thank you!!!!
Jeanne M | Primeras impresionesAs always the staff at the London Clarke Road site were friendly, helpful and professional. Great customer service!
David F | Experiencia generalMy only concern was entering into the lot as the city had the road under construction for about 9 months. It was an inconvenience at times but not I-hail’s fault
DOUGLAS T | Experiencia generalEvery interaction that I have had with the staff at the Clarke Road location has been friendly, professional and efficient. Great work!
David F | Primeras impresionesStaff was always super friendly and helpful.
MARK M | Experiencia generalFatima was very helpful and friendly all while juggling multiple customers on her own.
NATHAN M | Primeras impresionesMy first time using U-Haul I will definitely use again
Ron T | Experiencia generalThe check-in experience was great!
COLLEEN B | Experiencia generalEvery time we went to access our storage the doors were blocked with vechiles or trailer ridiculous and when you asked staff to move things so it was easier to access or load vechile they were rude and delayed in coming and making access easier.
Tracy D | Experiencia generalBacking up or pull up to the storage building is hard as the are many stored sitting in the way of easy pull up and exiting Perhaps just having a clear pull up lane for easy door loop access will certainly help
Harry R | Primeras impresionesFatima and her crew at clarke rd are the best!
Galeano A | Primeras impresionesThe staff was very accommodating and I appreciated their assistance.
