connie h | Overall ExperienceThe Clarke Road location in London Ontario was the storage facility that I used for my temporary storage needs. The facility was clean, well lit and secure. There was always plenty of carts available. I felt comfortable going there by myself. There was always staff around during business hours. Changing lockers to a different size was very easy. The staff were friendly and efficient. They helped to make my experience a seamless one. I would not hesitate to use their services and storage facility again. Kathy V

Peter B | Overall ExperienceThe website indicates a dumpster use for a small fee. When I asked to purchase use of dumpster for 3 small storage totes, the employee said they had to check if it had room. On return she said I was lucky, as it was empty. Before I was able to purchase the use of it, the employee said she had to ask her manager (which seemed strange) who in return said no I could not purchase the use of the advertised dumpster, because she needed it. I would not recommend u-haul based upon the rude manager.
