When someone trying to call about not receiving bill to put them on hold for over 15 minutes . I had to call back on many tries and still put on hold. Gave up after someone said they were busy and put me on hold again. Phone later on and told bill was sent .We waited 24hrs before calling. Felt they need answering machine so we could have left message.
I had to clean the trailer myself before I could use it. Dirt, broken glass and tile...an inconvenience. Really think the previous customer should have been charged for cleanup. After driving 10km I checked the lights myself and passenger running (tail) light did not work. It got my job done and and the staff I dealt with were friendly but I wish the equipment was given to me in better shape.
During the COVID-19 pandemic it is even more concerning that the cab of the vehicle was in such a dirty state- dirty/muddy finger and hand prints, crumbs/dirt on the seats, dried and melted food. I wonder if it had even been 'cleaned' or sanitized....
I prefer this location. I always receive excellent service Always and I use them quite often. They are pleasant and accommodating. The staff is quite genuine. Fatima and Kim are excellent representatives. Bravo. This location is a model to all others.
two issues, the trailer was very dirty... but most importantly, i was not impressed that they wanted to take a photo with a cell phone of both sides of my driver's license. Front ok, but the bar code on the back opens up all kinds or security risks and risk of fraud... this appeared to be done with a personal cell phone as well... very unsatisfied.. i have rented quite a few times from this location and never had to provide a copy of the back of the driver's license. I may never rent from uhaul again, if this practice continues, it is too great a risk

I attempted to return the trailer to the â€œsame spot that it came fromâ€. However this location had not plowed the lot so the spot lines were not visible and others had blocked the spot making it impossible to do so. Then while attempting to â€˜return online' the website would not find my location despite following ALL instructions. Even before they opened, the following morning, I was charged an additional $20 for an after hours service fee. I believe they may be doing this intentionally to create additional revenue, so do not trust that you will be able to return online.
Very good selection of moving supplies. The staff was friendly , helpful and efficient. The place was clean and neat.
Check engine light went on within a few minutes after we picked up the truck. It kept going on and off the whole time we had it. In addition it got stuck in front of our driveway, because it didn't have snow tires on , although the road was snow ploughed and our driveway was shovelled. it took us 45 min to back it in, with several neighbours helping, salting the driveway , adding sand to help with traction. We hadn't even started loading it and we were already worried we would not make it to our final destination, which was 750km away in Quebec. We left the next morning. Kept it slow and it was going well until about half way when we noticed a really bad smell inside the cabin and dark smoke coming out of the side of the truck. We pulled over. The check engine light came back on. We waited a few minutes and then started again, even slower. We kept going with the hazards on the rest of the way, doing 80km/hr on the highway and towards the end, once we started going uphill into Quebec, down to 60km/hr. We finally got to our new home, unloaded it and returned it , but we were worried the whole time that we won't make it there. I have never felt so unsafe, to be honest. I think you should pay a lot more attention to your trucks' maintenance and perhaps have a few with winter tires on for winters in Canada, especially when people are going to Quebec where snow tires are mandatory for good reason: lots of snow and lots of mountains with tight roads and switchbacks.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. The process of check-in and return was smooth and quick. I would rent here again

Trailer had a hole in the floor on pickup. Yard agent could not locate trailer for 45 minutes. On return I waited 45 minutes for check in. I was charged an extra day for a 49 minute delay on return. When calling I waited another 20 minutes before my call was taken. Eventually the agent agreed to refund the extra day, so this was appreciated.
I booked the truck a night before but I had to clean the snow from the truck myself.
I was asked to find truck in the yard. Truck was covered in snow and blocked by other vehicle. Once I found the truck I asked office staff to move the vehicle blocking my truck exit lot.

Great location, friendly staff. Easy to work with. We realized once we got it we need another 24 hours, easy to call and do this although call wait times were long but the girl was great and got it all done quickly.

The woman working never bothered to come out to give my husband the dolly despite there being several employees available. He waited 20 minutes before deciding to leave. This made my day hell.
