Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulMy overall experience has been above average for a storage co. The only thing I can knock is that every single time you could legally increase the rate you did. Since most homes are not built with enough storage, I had to use your facilities as an extension to my own home. I was never late. Never a problem. But always increased payment. You would think renters like myself would earn some loyalty rewards but no. You are just a business, to bleed every cent out of people. It's not like you have a lack of business, and you have been the best that I have used, but the constant raising of my rates to now @$200 a month for as many years when I started at $79. I have now had to make other arrangements because of my fixed income. You have now lost a dependable revenue source. This is why I can not give a perfect score.... Loyalty matters for not.

JOHN M | Experiencia generalI relocated out of state and maintained a unit during my two year absence. The staff was always helpful and my items were securely stored. The staff was very nice to work with and very dependable.
ephanel a | Experiencia generalMy Move-In experience went smooth and quick! Thank you!!
THOMAS H | Primeras impresionesI’ve had this storage unit for 8 years and it was been wonderful renting a unit from them. The employees are wonderful and very helpful. I am using them to ship my belongings in U box containers and that process was very good. I did wish the boxes were bigger though.
SALY L | Experiencia generalFriendly staff and very clean facilities.
Dale E | Primeras impresionesAll personnel were polite and spoke with respect and were knowledgeable about UHaul, and that was greatly appreciated. Even the phone calls I received for being late were courteous. I have nothing negative to say about UHaul, and yes, I would use it again and recommend it to everyone.
Stephanie R | Experiencia generalThey were very polite, knowledgeable and showed me every different size until we found the right one.
SERINA L | Primeras impresionesThank you for the professional service

JATON K | Experiencia generalThis is a perfect facility in every way. Great people. Just one problem. THE MONTHLY FEE. A 5x10 is $135. Got a 10x15 for $78. That is why I left.
STUART T | Experiencia generalI had my unit for nearly 5 yrs and the price stayed the same for 4.5 yrs and that was nice since most places raise the fess almost every 6 months. Living on a fixed income this was important to me. The staff was always polite and friendly. The whole facility was always well lit and clean!!!
