ANA LI had stored my stuff in there for about 4 years, every 6 months they raised the price. It went from $134.99 a month to $184.95 a month starting in September. I wasn't even able to negotiate with them, I sent emails, they wouldn't accommodate me… I moved out.

MILES PI called the day before I needed to rent one to confirm I could do it before they opened. The person on the phone told me that hal offers 24/7 availability All I had to do was just complete the reservation through the app while on property and I would receive a code that allowed me to get the keys. So the next morning at 5:30am my dad and I drove down there to do exactly that. After about five minutes filling everything out I complete payment and I go to try and "pick up my rental" and I have to call customer service. I call them and hold time is estimated at 10-15 minutes I have no choice but to wait. At around six o clock in the morning I speak with an agent who said they could help us and allow us to get a truck. They let us know that they were able to complete it internally and I just had to sign out/ sign back in and the I should be able to get the truck. I do as told and when I go back into the app after signing in it's unsuccessful. She says one moment and then disconnects the call. I call back and get told it's not a 15-20 minute wait. It is morals seven in the morning and it's too the point where it's now a game of will the store open before a customer service representative picks up the phone. At approximately 6:45 in the morning my dad sees an employee and runs out of he car to practically beg them to let us in. They let us in early which I'm grateful for and helps us complete the reservation. They complete everything within their system and are about to be done and says " I let you guys in early and now I have to let everyone else in early" right us a couple walks into the store. We again thank her for letting us in early even though we had been sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour and half. Overall the experience of trying to get the truck rented was a horrible experience. However the truck itself was fine and we were able to just drop the keys off again go which was nice.

ROBERT GThis is the first uhaul I rent from that does not do military discount. Shame because there is a large military community that relies on this service. Otherwise, Sandra does a great job representing U-haul.
JOSE CThe only complaint I would have is not for the staff or the facility. It is for the truck itself. On the outside, it was maintained well, but we found out later that the e-brake was broken. Looks to have been cut by an unsavory person that would have been outside of the staff's control. The staff were amazing and both check in and check out were smooth. I want to thank the staff for being kind and appreciate them very much.

Douglas WAfter Amber left and the new manager came on board and she called me all rude stating they way Amber handled my space rental for my van was not correct. Here is a little background, I rented a storage unit while my house was being built and Amber and her crew were exceptionally nice and very helpful. I also rented a car space and after I moved out of the unit I paid for an additional 6months in advance. When Amber left she called and said the new mgr would honor our agreement. So I thought everything was good, oh but it wasn't the new mgr called and was rude see the beginning. I told her we would be moving the van at the end of my prepaid rental May 2024. I feel she should have called and confirmed that we were still planning on moving the van no instead she supposedly rented to another person and when I came in prior to my rental expiring she said someone already paid the June in advance. So she did offer me another space for free. So I moved my van and on Jun 30, 2024 we removed my van off the premises and saw NO ONE in my previous space. On July 5,2024 I received a text message that I am 4 days past due on my free rental when I clearly moved out, so I called Uhaul and was unable to Spence to the store and got the main office Brandon was so kind and helped my by sending a message to the store mgr and she NEVER called me just sent me a zero receipt. I had NO issues while Amber was there and all Ku d's with the new manager.

Robert RSkye Canyon U-Haul is a one-stop-shop for your moving needs. They are well-stocked with packing supplies, and have a selection of vehicles and storage units. The staff is friendly, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The facilities and storage units are immaculate. And one very important thing is they answer the phone. I have used different U-Haul facilities from Nevada to California and Skye Canyon is by far the best of all.
